I always thouught that in a two man race the one who came in second LOST.Not in Clintospeak it appears.

This reminds me of growing up in Stony Point in downstate New York where the local newspaper for the county, The Journal News, was based in Nyack and covered sports in a Nyack-centric manner giving rise to similar headlines to this one such as Nyack Loses and Nyack Edged in OT.
