Too bad McLoser didn’t jump ship to the Dems in 2001 like he planned—then he wouldn’t be the GOP candidate for President. For that reason alone, he should have been shown the door by the GOP. He loved his country and party and President so much, that he would tip the balance of power in favor of the traitorous Dems led by Lil Tommy Daschle. Wow, McLoser must have been really PO’d when Jim Jeffords jumped ahead of him across the aisle.

In North Carolina, the only way to cross party lines is to be registered as an Independent. Since I will have NO VOTE in our Primary in May, the only way I can speak as a voter would be as a Democrat. I can at least help determine the next opponent in November. Make more sense now?

I agree with you—the fix is in. McCain has already signaled that he won’t fight either of them the way they need to be fought.

The speed with which the GOP puppet masters are closing ranks, and trying to shut us up is indicative that they want us neutralized before we start to ask too many embarrassing questions about He Who is Annointed.

I choose my eyes—I can see that he is not a conservative, because actions speak louder than words,or for that matter, ratings.
That worked out real well for them in 2006, didn't it? Many folks who are accustomed to voting GOP will continue to do so. But you can't motivate the grassroots conservatives to actually help liberal slugs get elected. Nor can you get folks excited about voting for a platform that looks like the other guys.
At a minimum, McCain needs to be fought before his Global Warming scam and all-out amnesty and open boarders finds its way into the Republican platform.
I'm in California. I think that is a very true statement, at least for me.
I have to agree with TommyDale here. In Indiana, we do not have a primary until May. In essence, we were denied any meaningful vote as to who our candidate will be. The best we can do is try to aid in the selection of the RAT candidate.
We are the people who have no opportunity to have our opinion heard or our vote really counted.
I resent that.

Top 12%? Is that some secret ranking that you found or new math? In 2006, ACU shows him as 46th in the Senate (a rating of 65 out of 100) with even Chuck Hagel showing up as more conservative.
I can't either. I just cannot reward this person with my vote. You know, it wasn't too long ago around here that McCain was considered a joke for a GOP Senator.
We aren't the weird ones, the weird ones are those that have sunk so low that they have forgotten that, just because they are too afraid to stand up to the NEW GOP. Screw them and their lilly livered weakness.
I voted on Feb 5th, so my situation was different. But I don’t like this crossing over stuff. It just screws the process up that much more, IMO. And, I must say that I love seeing McCain unable to garner even 50% of the votes, even when he’s the nominee. To me, that sends a message to the ignoramuses that pushed him through the process and in the unlikely event that we actually get a President McCain, it should send a message his way, as well. If I were in NC, I’d be punching the ballot for one of the non-McCain pubbies.
