There was no incident of McCain being upset. The NY Slimes reporter, of course, had her agenda. Why are you trying to advance it?

Why is he upset with a question about begging Kerry to be his vice-president? He freely admits there was a private discussion about it. Is he worried conservatives might remember he tried to betray us? I think so. Wake up conservatives, McCain is a slime.

Do you have a source, or is this just your opinion?

I saw the video and clearly McCain was agitated but I would hardly call it “showing temper.” I think they are blowing this up too much. Imagine the news media doing a thing like that. Ha ha.

Reporter in pink: “Senator, this Tricorder indicates you are a Farengi.”
To: swampdweller; RussP
RussP assures me that never happened. Others claim differently. I believe it did--it is in keeping with McCain's character. Note the first thing he did after Bush's re-election was to kill Bush's second term with the Gang of 14. It was just as momentum was building on the GOP side to fight back against filibusters, and that action was a key part of the loss of Congress by the GOP.
The man is nothing if not vengeful. At least against Republicans; Dems can say anything even accuse him of affairs, and all is forgiven. Commies can torture him, and all is forgiven. Muslims can bomb our cities, but God forbid we waterboard them for information. But if a GOP person votes against him, utters an unkind word, or says "Hussein", well then, that person is going to get a tongue-lashing.
The man is unstable.

McCain gives more time to the reporters than any of the three major candidates so a topic like this one is a cheap shot.

I agree, but he clearly has a nasty disposition.
And, he was pulling up his pants like angry old guy when you walk on his lawn.

I heard the interview. He sounded upset....not angry or enraged...but upset. He was upset (disturbed, disgusted, etc.) with the question. Don’t accuse me of falling in line with the media. I chose my word “upset” carefully. He was not happy with the questioning...I would call that “upset.”
