I think when you go to your pings page, you can still select “Full” in the upper right corner???
Not if you are on your “user posts” that doesn’t include posts TO you. I have looked and there is NO brief and full there....or wasn’t earlier tonight.
It takes less time to find a particular post I have done if
I can go to that format rather than pages of posts to AND from me. Sounds pretty selfish, but sometimes when I do music on the Canteen, I loose my place. LOL!

I’m totally lost on the search function.
If I type in “by username: (and the poster’s name)”, nothing
happens.
And this is the text above the search page:
“Search Words to be found in article titles.”
A poster’s name would not fit that, and nothing comes up.
Help!! Honestly, I think the way you had search
before with the dropdowns poster, title, etc. was
more effective and very much easier to navigate.
I know I and many others use the search function
constantly, both to catch up with FRiends and to
search for article titles.

Now I feel just the opposite of that.
I like the clean look of a thread with out any distractions on the side or anywhere.
That's why I don't like websites with ads and sidebars on each side etc.
Just my likes and dislikes. Clean threads is what I like, just the comments.
I agree that serif text is much easier to read. Also I found I have to downsize my type to fit the sidebar in, but then the text of the articles is too small to read. I have to go back & forth editing text size.

I’d kind of like for “replies” to be the default view again since I use FR from several different computers.
But that’s my only complaint. The rest is goodness!

Next to each forum is a post button.
Why on earth did you change that? That's just stupid.
New fonts on right side column of items is too small for my aged eyes-—oh wel, I can live without reading them-—you pay the bill, you can do as you wish

In light of these changes, I am hoping that my pings page, in its "fullness," doesn't always fall off the right side of the screen....??
