It was a couple of weeks before Christmas but I had trouble getting someone to quote for the roof repair in the end I had to go back to the insurance company and get them to nominate someone.

It was very quick after that and within 10 days the quote, approval and roof repairs were done but now is the painful bit doing the repairs inside, there is dust everywhere, the bathroom is being completely done as is the middle bedroom and the hallway, stairwell and entrance hall are being re-papered. This is a bonus the re-papering in the hall way etc as this is a very long drop and would cost a fortune to get someone in to do it and it did need doing.
