This is just wrong...how much of America’s history is about homeschooling of children?? These are not CHILDREN OF THE STATE, d’oh!!!

Pray for this to be overturned by the SCOTUS!! Because I guarantee you it will be heading there before long! >:-(

Yes, it will be overturned.

But the mere fact that some judge ruled this way needs to be trumpeted far and wide

as an example of what the left wants to do with your kids.

Flash forward, once they undermine the 2nd there will be no way to revolt. It is their master plan, just like the government devaluing our dollar on purpose to pay off debt but they won’t admit it. They are all socialistic criminals.

This isn't ripe for the SCOTUS. This was only a decision by an intermediate appeals court in California. This is certain to go to the California Supreme Court. And that Court may reverse this unbelievably stupid decision.
