If McCain ‘gets it’ then why does he support free trade policies that are enriching the Chinese who are funneling their huge profits into their military which in my opinion is very dangerous for our country?

Rush’s reasoning is wholly flawed.

All this stunt did was exponentially increase the likelihood that BOTH Rats will be on the ticket, in whatever order.

In that case, Hildy will cover up for Obama and Obama will cover up for her. It will be extremely harmful to the country and the process.

Then they will spend the next eight years covering up for each other, and then continue this when Obama runs for prez again as an incumbant VP.

Rush: this was very dumb.

I don’t know. Repubs didn’t fare well in 2006...with the huge Dem turnout we might get Hillary for eight and Barak for eight-very risky meddling in the Dem primary.

16 years from now I will be 67 with two kids (hopefully) in college. I was hoping for a better life than what 8 years of Hillary followed by another of 8 of Obama to see me through until retirement will bring...

Since you have never listened to Rush, you MUST be the FR Rush expert. BTW, he had the #1 radio show in America BEFORE Clinton was elected. Back then they said a Dem in office would cause him to lose listeners. His listenership DOUBLED after those predictions. It also grew duting GWB’s term. Oh and GHWB’s term as well. Maybe there’s a trend there. See if you can spot it.

Pretty simple, they will paint McCain as Hillary-lite. They will lie about his conservative credentials to keep conservatives home. They will let Hillary move into dead center in the political spectrum. They will cover for Bill to keep the Clinton haters home. There’s 100’s of small ways they will do it, and the only thing detail they have to work out is keeping the campaign negative (against McCain) while declaring a great new positive turn for American with Clinton.

News is saying 1/3 of votes in Texas Dem Primary were Repubs. CNN interviewed one such voter.

Once again, the "news" is wrong.

real Clear politics looked at the exit polling and found that 9% of the voters in the Democratic race were crossover Republicans. Obama actually won a majority of them, 52% to 47%. Read more: Was it Rush?

Rush's ploy was clever, fun, and relatively ineffectual.

Well, people outside the country can’t vote in the next election...free trade is going to be a very big issue. It definitely needs reform and enforcement option for the US.

Exactly. Those of us who have been listening to Rush a long time have been through this "If X wins, then Rush..." stuff numerous times before. It's ridiculous.

Gaa! I hate that I agree with her!

BTW, the talk show yokels that I listen to in the morning on the way to work were playing Elton John's "The B*tch is Back".

Classic. And, a little disturbing. Clinton could have been put away last night and it didn't happen. She's got more lives than a Siamese.

"Limbaugh,Ingraham, Hannity...morons who deserve the 8 years of Clintonian bliss...I hope they send the IRS on all of them."

Compared to your list of so-called morons, what great deeds have you done to advance the conservative cause?

You must be quite busy and fabulously brilliant if, compared to you, Limbaugh, Hannity and Ingraham are morons.

No, I'm just the Rush-bot expert. You keep making my case, Dem leadership, especially corrupt Dem leadership, raises Rush's ratings, that's why he wants Hillary.

Don’t be so negative. I think people won’t stay at home once the republicans really start their campaign against Hussein.

The best thing for the nation yesterday would have been for Obama to finish off Hildy and the ‘Toons once and for all.

Now, as predicted, Hildabeast is already talking about making Obama her VP. A cute way to get more votes by those wavering, but also a political reality. That also sets the stage for Obama to start considering her as a running mate.

IOW, because Hildy didn’t get a knock-out punch yesterday, it’s increasingly likely that BOTH of these Rats will be on the ticket in whatever order. That’s not good.

Seems like Rush should have known better.

"I don’t frankly think, he deserves the sort of vitriol which he’s subjected to on this board."

Oh, he's EARNED every molecule of it by deliberately insulting and assulting conservatism until he's become the CONTRA-conservative!!!

Vote Nader and have some fun without hurting anybody but McCain's ego!!!

Rush has made a career off Hilary. It would be a disaster for him if she ever faded from the political scene.

lol..that's what the clueless libs are always saying.

It’s the dumbing down of the Republican Party. All thats left now is to sit back for at least the next 8 years and pick up the scraps and hopefully by then this great party will have learned a horrible lesson. I have many fears knowing what is about to take place and how vulnerable we as a nation are going to be in the next year. The level of immorality we will see is heartbreaking. I guess I’ll have to steal a line from Jesus Christ and simply say... Forgive them father for they know not what they do.

And Rush has an awful good track record.

Rush is Right 98.4% of the time.

This is part of that 1.6%.

She was supposed to win Ohio by 20%, and Texas by 10%. She wins Ohio by about 11%, and Texas by 3%, and it’s a “comeback

Bah, the press play NH the same way. She was up by 20 or more points, 10 days out, and juuuuust squeaked out a win.

But, I suppose that "Hillary! is the comeback kid" sells more newspapers that "Hillary tanks, but still manages not to lose."
