Didn't see one poted yet, and Early exit polling is already out.

Let's all watch and enjoy as the Democrats continue to rip each others throats out!

I wasn’t alive back then

You are a youg'un.

I was 12...I do remember that summer...Martin and Bobby getting killed and the race riots...and Chicago.

"That said, it was mentioned tonight, that if it is BHO, the young voters will be out in droves for him and would not be there for the Hildabeast."

Also, I think Obama is past the point of no return. If he doesn't get the nod at this point there is going to be a significant portion of his supporters who will think he got screwed. They won't be motivated to support Hillary.

Newt said it best. (paraphrasing) Regardless of what Rush told his listeners we should not play God. We should let the other side flounder on their own as the uncertainty of how this will ultimately play out is a dangerous game and may come back to bite us.

I so agree, Star. Hillary coming in second means she will do all she can to covertly doom Obama.

Oooh, I like those numbers because I want to see the Clinton camp desperately spin and try to explain why perhaps one or two victories tonight gives them a new lease on life.

I wasn’t alive back then but hear it was an ugly affair - that just incidentally culminated in our guy winning the presidency :)

It was a sight to behold ... I remember one of mayor Richard Daley's goons knocking Dan Rather senseless .... dropped him to the ground.

Brit Hume will be back after the break with some “news” from Texas. I assume they’re calling it for McCain...?

I agree. If Clinton was way back out of striking range propping her would make sense.

Each side (Clinton Obama) says the other candidate should step aside for the good of the party.

On the Clinton side she has almost a million more votes in the primary among Democrats - Obama is ahead because of independents and Republican crossovers. I think the thing is, Hillary's people think Democrats should select the candidate, no crossovers ...

My dear,

What “other people” think has nothing to do with issues of morality. Your wish, that something take down McCain, is immoral and the thoughts of other people pale compare to the thoughts of the One who judges you.

I am really shocked at your post.

FROM DU:

Pick one!

Why the fuck can’t these two candidates be adults and come together and make a deal? Huh? They’re both greedy spoiled little shits that’s why!

“I want it!”

“No, I want it!”

Just like a little toy doll, these two candidates are pulling at this party, and if they don’t stop this bullshit soon, they’ll break it apart!

Obama’s younger than Clinton, maybe he should get to be VP to warm up for an eventual Presidential bid, and Clinton be President. Or Clinton could concede defeat already and get out of the race.

Something has to happen though, or they have to start playing really nice again.

John McCain is the other side’s nominee, and that’s it. The only way he’s losing bigtime is a spoiler from the right-right in the general election.

We can lose if these two spoil the election from within our party. Forget about Nader, they’re doing more to hurt us than he could ever do!

Without the vague reference to dying, Ann Coulter agrees with you.
I just saw her on Fox, and she was adamant that McCain - and the GOP - is going to be wiped out in November.

And despite what some negative posters here feel, Ann is one smart cookie.

Basically, she laughed off the idea that McCain could beat any democrat for dogcatcher in 08, let alone beat Hillary for POTUS.

Plus, she looked great tonight! Sigh ...

You think, haha? Looks like Huckabee is carrying Texas.

They must have cracked the keg early at the Hopester election watch party.....

The Hopester is burnt Texas Toast. He’s going to lose all four states tonight......

LOL, it’s called Benadryl without reading glasses. Thanks for waking me up. In all honesty I don’t care which of the GOP candidates carries Texas. Doesn’t make a bit of difference in the big picture.
