So far, it looks like the democrat party civil war will continue. It also looks like Mike -ThoushalttaxPetertohelpPablo- Huckabee will not be able to stop John -amnestycampaignreformgangof14mediaelectRINO- McCain. McCain needs to make some conservative promises regardless of who wins and however long the Dem primary takes.

Why does Ohio idolize the Clintons? Do tell.
To: msnpatriot
Thinking ahead Obama in the WH would be a blessing, as conservatives and republicans would unify again as after Clinton was elected. The GOP said almost exactly the same thing in 1932. And 1936. And 1940. And 1944. And 1948.
Be careful what you wish for.

For me it boils down to this: I hope Hillary is the nominee. We have seen the PC Nazis out in force, making it IMPOSSIBLE to criticize the guy (Obama). Hillary is HATED by a great many in this country, and I believe if she wins, she WILL DO SO at the peril of alienating the black voters in her base that are being bamboozled by Hussein.
To: Shortstop7
It would appear that Rush is going to take the “blame” whether he did it or not.
Upthread someone wisely pointed out that if Rush had all that influence for sure McCain wouldn’t be the Republican nominee.
But common sense isn’t a factor here I suppose.

RUSH RUNS AMERICA...remember that! Rush is a genius and the democrats will be fighting like RATS all the way to the convention.

The fear about Obama isn't Obama himself- he's an empty suit. If he's the nominee, there will be no room for any critical opinions of Obama without it being called racism. There will be no way for McCain to challenge Obama's record, especially when McCain makes dumb ass remarks using the term 'tar baby'. Everything will come down to race. And because republicans are spineless in the wake of those accusations, there is absolutely no way McCain will win.
THAT is the fear. Hillary is a cake walk compared to Obama.

Theyre chanting on to Michigan and Florida. No Im not kidding.Oh man... Well, like I said: They might as well be chanting 'Heil Hillary'.
The thought of The Clinton Machine stealing this election really scares me. If she can steal it from Obama, who knows what she can do vs. McCain...
MSNBC crowd (Olbermann, Russert, Matthews, et al) really looks and sounds depressed... LOL

Well said.
Oh oh.....here’s Hillary......

I would be the last to disagree with your dissertation regarding McCains flaws. I am, however, struggling with the idea that Hillary of Obama as POTUS would be better for the CONSERVATIVE AGENDA than McCain. Im talking about growth of government, national security, SCOTUS appointments, right to life, etc. as much as CFR (which was wrong), Amnesty (which was wrong), the usual stick-in-the-eye for Conservatives (which was wrong). Given all of that, you would STILL prefer Hillery or Obama (major league socialists)? Can you help me out with this? Neither can I understand those who would prefer Hillary or Obama over McCain -- unless they are hoping for a WWIII class disaster (they should be careful what they wish for).
Now between Hillary and Obama for national defense -- I'd trust Hillary a little more -- and that isn't saying much, but it is better than outright surrender and submission to Islamic "Shari'a" law.

Are you seeing this on cable TV? The liberal MSM, in which you should include Rush Limbaugh’s so called “EIB network”, is telling you who will be our President in 2009. If this does not make you shiver with dread and loathing, well, you should smack yourself.

Rush and others were trashing Obama over the last few weeks. They should have held their fire at least until Hillary was defeated. Agreed and the biggest offender was Sean Hannity who got off the "Stop Hillary Express"and began 24/7 trashing Obama.
