Then at the "Last Supper" Jesus passed around wine to His disciples. Since this was six to seven months after the grape harvest and since there was no way to preserve grape juice, this also had to be fermented wine. wine = Strong's number G3631

Fruit = Strong's G1081

of the vine = Strong's G288

Word's have meanings. "Wine" and "Fruit of the vine" are not the same thing.
