I still don't think this was Mara Salvatrucha. Sounds more like the local Crips trying to bring the heat onto MS-13.
I only say this because MS-13 is not know to be racist or nationalistic with their graffitti. Any gang expert at the FBI or Law Enforcement will tell you this.

That’s it I AM FED UP!!! When are our law enforcement agencies going to start whipping these pigs? You see, that's where you have it all wrong. The various levels of government allow these gangs to run to keep the TAXPAYERS in line, not to protect the taxpayer.
Think I'm wrong? How would a prison sentence affect you and your family? To a gangbanger it's just a change in the scenery.

The cops might have rousted a gang member recently. It could have been any of a number of "provocations".
