Aw, heck... I had something witty to say but I just can't. I am so sick and tired of being taken for a fool by the authorities in this country I am ready to puke.

If this guy really is a U.S. citizen, then he should stay in the U.S.A.—so long as he is willing to waive any applicable statutes of limitation for crimes he avoided being charged with by claiming he was an illegal.

This is really weird. He could certainly sneak back in after deportation and resume his normal activities. Claiming citizenship and copping to his crimes could mean spending the rest of his natural life in prison. Maybe he doesn’t speak Spanish and would have problems getting smuggled back in.

You're kidding, right? How about because law enforcement, courtesy of a corrupt political and judicial system, has no incentive, only disincentives, to completing the job at hand.
This is a answer that you should familiarize with since it is becoming very common in law enforcement, medicine, and is the rule of thumb in Gubmint.

Just to be clear I think the guy is trash. However it seems to me due process should be followed. Not allowing the dirtbag to prove citizenship is far more dangerous of a precedent IMO.

How’s about we prosecute him on all the other crap he’s done, put him in jail or execute him as appropriate, THEN strip his citizenship and deport his body to the great state of Mexico-or wherever. He needs to pay! Dropping him off at the border will only result in him slipping back across-remember, he’s already done this, so he knows the drill. I doubt our boys at ICE/Border Patrol will catch him-even if a picture is posted at every crossing (unsecured border, remember?)

This Judge needs a new line of work-I hear they’re looking for good folks sout of the border.

No, I can't explain it......however this is simply more proof that even 'illegal criminals' have more rights than 'citizen criminals'.

Also proves it's a 'easy game' to play for any criminals (if you have the right last name).

I've seen where even illegal child molesters can plead guilty, & then are given the *option* of self-deporting rather than serve their U.S. jail time.
