ABC News' John Quiñones traveled with his crew to Waco to shoot a segment inspired by the real-life experiences of a devout Muslim woman living in West Texas. "Primetime" learns what happens when a Muslim woman wearing a veil actually an actress portraying a Muslim woman is denied service in a popular bakery by the owner. Who will come to her defense and who will support the owner who wants to kick her out? The situation draws several emotionally charged reactions.

I wonder what John Quinones would do?
I think he would just walk away...these self righteous newspeople are probably some of the biggest cowards around.
Didn’t NBC’s Dateline already do this at a Nascar event and it failed????

Come read what others were saying last night about this ABC trash!
I think it is deliberate, the news trying to make Americans look like intolerant, mean-spirited fools. I am so sick of it now.
LOL! I think that would eliminate further problems in that bakery. ;-)
I guess it all depends on whose ox is being gored.
How does one know it is a woman and not a murderer? bombs go BOOM, when under these people’s clothing, over and over again. It is prudent to be wary.
The irony of this is, I bet if you looked at the demographics of the neighborhoods of these ABC’ers, you’ll find it white as snow.
I’ve found that people like this do these things to assuage their own racist attitudes.
Well, to be “fair and balanced” they should take a hidden camera to Saudi Arabia and show what happens when a woman in western garb goes into a restaurant in Riyadh.
I would make it known that I wouldnt buy anything at that bakery again. If they want to be used for political ends, they could do without my business.
John
I would be willing to bet that there is a backstory - it is too hard to believe that this bakery was just randomly picked, especially considering the use of multiple cameras;
it had to have been determined ahead of her appearance that treatment of this sort would occur.
Remember that TV show with the guy who would be dropshipped to some God-forsaken place and then the audience would watch him perform his unique survival skills?
It came out that not only was there a second cameraman but a whole crew at one point who allowed the poseur to spend time in their shelter when it became too inclement for him to stay outside any longer.
But the producers only admitted this when presented with the obvious fakery.
Why not have someone in the newsroom listening to Rush and see if anyone stands up for him/her when the co-workers start shouting obscenities at him/her?
At least they didn’t stone or behead her...
I am curious if some of the people in the store were also actors, as well as the clerk and the Muslim woman. I think this is a big PC campaign by ABC News because of the fears about Barack Obama’s Muslim ancestry.
I think you are on to something. I smell a rat as well.
I am sure people who defend Rush would be hushed up or attacked...or worst, calls for his death. I think the so-called PC types in the news are among the most intolerent of the American people.
