CINCINNATI -- In a possible foreshadowing of a potentially bruising general election campaign, a speaker who introduced presidential candidate John McCain at a rally here today accused Barack Obama of sympathizing with "world leaders who want to kill us" and invoked Obama's middle name -- three times calling him "Barack Hussein Obama."
Local conservative radio talk show host Bill Cunningham described Obama as "a hack Chicago Daley-style politician who is picturing himself as change. When he gets done with you -- all you're going to have in your pocket is change," he said.
McCain quickly distanced himself from the remarks, which he did not hear, saying that using Obama's middle name in repetition like that was inappropriate. "I absolutely repudiate such comments and again, I will take responsibility," he said, calling the use of Obama's middle name inappropriate. "It will never happen again. It will never happen again."
Cunningham, warming up a crowd of about 400 people in the ornate green and gold Hamilton County Memorial Hall before McCain's arrival, accused the "stooges from the New York Times" and "sycophants in the media" of conspiring to elect Obama.

My opinion...is that the problem is ....that so many voters in this country are so lame and gutless....and the politicians have it figured that we need their VOTE....

I see him apologizing to the world for GWB and Iraq, AFTER he gets in debates with his messiah, and if he wins the Presidency.
All his tough Iraq talk in the last few years is strictly because he wants to be POTUS.
Because he spent the first few years of Iraq slamming the Pres and the DOD IN PUBLIC, encouraging our enemies, not to mention his stance Gitmo. And the fact that he HAS ANNOUNCED TO THE WORLD THAT THERE IS A LINE HE WILL NOT CROSS TO PROTECT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, ie, interrogations.
I don’t trust him at all.

He knows we conservatives have no place to go really; with him, we have the ghost of a “hope” that he would appoint strict constitutional judges to the Supreme Court and support (of sorts) for American troops and the W.O.T., but with limitations that could make the U.S. laughable to the enemy. I’m not real sure he’s got the stranglehold on my conservative vote that he might think. His Democrat “friends” are going to tear him a new one in the general election and let’s see how long he holds his temper in check. The NYTimes scandal of last week is just the first (and weakest) salvo fired by the left across his bow. . but, it IS “his turn” after all.
On the other hand, it's convenient to have someone else say it for you, that way you can "distance yourself" and yet, it still gets said.

Cunningham simply spoke the truth.

THERE IS THE PROBLEM....McCain believes he needs votes from many of these kinds of people.....

Senator McCain is acting so holier-than-thou when it comes to Democrats, but yet, uses foul language towards Republicans.
Typical.
One thing is certain, not everything that we want can be achieved immediately. Things that look like a lot of rear kissing may come around to real progress. Each thing must be taken piece by piece. Rome was not built in a day. The things that fall short can be worked on all in their course, when the pieces are in place.
A President McCain will truly come the closest to appointing conservative judges to all future judicial vacancies at the federal level. Either a President Hillary Clinton or a President Barack Obama will truly appoint socialistic judges to all future judicial vacancies at the federal level. Despite all of McCain’s problems, both Hillary and Obama will truly be even worse for the entire country on all of the issues, and either not voting at all for President by blanking the Presidential race, staying at home on November 4, writing in somebody else for President, or voting for any third party/Independent Presidential candidate will truly just indirectly help the Democrats to win the Presidency in ‘08=damage the entire country even worse than a RINO Republican as POTUS.
