LOL, very good...
Don’t forget about some of the criminal mortgage brokers over the last few years who were busted for receiving kick-backs from banks for finding loans, and who basically flat-out lied to the mortgage companies about their clients without these people’s knowledge. And, who when brought to court were never made to repay anything to anyone, and received slaps on the wrists, and were allowed to reopen for business under a new name less than a year later repeating the process all over again... That’s where a lot of these sub-prime mortgages originated. Several hundred from one broker alone in Denver that I know of personally. Some of those who purchased homes in that market were victimized as well...
