As I’ve suggested on many occasions, the only way to support our nation, our troops, our fallen, and make our point, send our message, convince people of what we stand for, is putting our ”boots on the ground”, or should I say “rubber on the target”?

We’ve done that over the last year throughout America which has made a frightening and worrisome impression on the anti-America crowd. Next month, March 14 and 15 is a critically important event in the life of America, our troops, and keeping honor with out fallen. (See www.eaglesup.us for detail)

Iraq Veterans Against War (IVAW), Code Pink, Act Now to Stop War and End Racism (A.N.S.W.E.R), Vietnam Veterans Against War (VVAW), CAIR, and God only knows the dozens of others, will try to paint our current generation of troops with the same broad lying brush that John Kerry’s Winter Soldiers Testimony of 1971 falsely painted our Viet Nam warriors.

Our message to these purveyors of sedition is firm and uncompromising. Those that offer atrocity or illegal policy testimony at the Winter Soldiers II Testimony next month at the National Labor College must meet our threshold of validation. Each witness must: sign a SF-180 which will authorize public viewing of military records, identify atrocities by time, date, place, witnesses, leadership/supervisors, and do so “under oath”. It would also be reasonable to hear why atrocity(s), if testimony is given, was not officially reported at time of event. All testimony that fails to meet our threshold will be viewed void and false.

And for anyone reading this thread, the event will be awesome! As a conservative, a military supporter or a just plain decent traditional American, are you feeling marginalized? Silenced, even? This event is for you. You will never know what a "surge" is like until you experience the good feeling of standing shoulder to shoulder with others like yourself who rise up in witness to the heroism and sacrifice of our troops against the ingrates who would tear this country to pieces for the mere promise of a trifling personal gain. Come on out and have the time of your life!

For those of you who cannot make it to DC for this event, please hook-up with this prayer thread below to keep the event and the people covered in prayer. Last year, in March, as I was leaving the briefing, I spoke with Col. Riley. Much concern was on his heart, and showed in his face. I spoke with him, and as I left, I sent out a call to a prayer warrior here, at FR, to put up a prayer request to cover the needs of the event. Trussell did so, aided by many of you FReepers, and it made such a difference in that event. There was very little violence. In my sector the worst that happened was an elderly veteran fell and hurt his head. I also believe the prayers averted many problems which were caught before they could begin or could even get to the mall in DC. Some of you may be called to be prayer warriors from home, or while you are in DC. Please heed the call.
