Here we go, back to WW1.
In order for there to be war, someone has to attack first. Neither the US, NATO, or Kososvo has any plans to attack in the works.
So you must be saying that Russia is planning to launch an attack first?

"If the EU develops a unified position or if Nato exceeds its mandate set by the UN, then these organisations will be in conflict with the UN," he said.
In that case Russia would "proceed on the basis that in order to be respected we need to use brute force", he said.
Sounds like a threat to use military force to me. And thats war.

So you must be saying that Russia is planning to launch an attack first? There is absolutely no lack of surrogates to fire the first shot. Neither Russia or Germany fired the first shot in WWI either.

In order for there to be war, someone has to attack first. Neither the US, NATO, or Kososvo has any plans to attack in the works. You failed to mention the movable feast known as "Greater Albania". When the Albanian terrorists re-start their terror campaign, it could be game on!
The use of "Kosova" as the staging area gives the surrounding countries all the justification they need to move in.
If Montenegro or Romania is on board, Russia would have easy access. If not, they can still pre-position troops and weapon systems, it's just a little more difficult.
However, the surrounding countries don't need Russian military might to smash the terrorists or their terroristic "state". Russian presence will should prevent NATO from taking aggressive action again. But, with the idiot that will be our next President, who knows!

In order for there to be war, someone has to attack first. Yes, Serbia's territorial integrity has just been violated and the violation is being defended by force. That is an act of war.

"In order for there to be war, someone has to attack first. Neither the US, NATO, or Kososvo has any plans to attack in the works."Bullcrap. The Serbs were already attacked/invaded by the US and NATO. Now Bush has decided to give a part of Serbia to Al Quada and the Islamofacsist Albanian terrorists. The Serbs should take back what is rightfully theirs.
