Published: Feb 22 2008 - 12:50 pm Last Updated: Feb 22 2008 - 1:27 pm Massachusetts Senator Ted Kennedy put on quite a show for Barack Obama supporters in Texas, serenading them in Spanish. During a rally in San Antonio Thursday, Kennedy sang a popular Mexican song, "Ay Jalisco No Te Rajes," before a mostly Hispanic crowd. Kennedy, who endorsed Obama for the Democratic nomination, is making several campaign stops in Texas this week, trying to drum up support for Obama before the Lone Star State's primary on March 4th.

See video of him singing at http://www.wkrg.com/news/article/singing_senator/10641/

“It was cabaret. You could see the same thing as some wedding or even a wake. If Ted want’s to make it through this competition he needs to remember that he has to put out his best peformance ever time, or one evening he’ll be eliminated.”

Yes Ted, go back home and plot your next career move.

The dance near the end?? That is the best part! I know that dance. We call it the Pee Pee Dance at my house because when someone starts doing that, it means they need the potty!

For once, he came across as your funny fat boozing uncle who you love hanging around with, rather than the disturbing alcoholic angry creep who you suspect has a dead hooker in his trunk.

Whoa Nellie!! If it weren't for the fact that he once did kill a girl with his car, I'd think you were downright mean!

Ah geesh, I was just making my dinner. Fat Ted and Yoko Ono would make a real team. They could be hired to shut down dinner restaurants.

"Yo, dawg, check it out. That just wasn't making it for me, dawg. The whole thing was pretty pitchy, Ted. It wasn't your best, dawg."

If the “Fat Bastard” can sing a Spanish song so well why did he get caught cheating on a Spanish Exam at Harvard and get kicked out of school ?

Fat Teddy sees no difference between Hispanic U.S. citizens and illegal immigrants. I’m not eating anything he’s serving.

Also heard Tanqueray. Is he only a scotch drinker?

I dated a woman who grew up on Nantucket and hung out at the Kennedy’s in Hyannis. She said the family were complete drunks. They would be at the beach at 10am drinking wine.

No wonder Teddy had to hire someone to take that Spanish test for him at Harvard.

When I was studying at the Berklee College of Music (Boston) in the 1970s, one of my professors was talking about tone deafness, which is an actual condition technically called “motorial amusia.” People who suffer from this condition lack pitch memory, and so are unable to hear one note in relation to the one that went before.

He cited Ted Kennedy as someone who was known to suffer from this condition. I always wondered if it was true. Thanks for providing irrefutable proof that it is after all these years.
