Van Driver Arrested for Role in Minnesota School Bus Crash (another illegal)

COTTONWOOD, Minn. -- Authorities have confirmed that the the driver of the van that struck the school bus that killed 4 students on Tuesday is an illegal alien.

Officials at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement are checking to see where she came from and how long she's been in Minnesota. FOX 9 has also learned that the name she gave to police, Alainiss Morales, is an alias.

She looks older than 23. I bet the id she’s been using is someone else’s.

Using an alias. Toxicology reports back on all three drivers. Negative for the bus driver and the pickup driver. They haven’t released the results for the woman van driver........

This woman, who is NOT a parent of one of the dead children, makes excuses for the killer. She says, "There are lots of illegals around here. They are here trying to make a beter lifing for themselves."

More from the Star Tribune on her previous arrest. It would seem that she was doing more tham just driving without a license...........

“According to state records, Morales has a Minnesota identification card but does not have a valid driver’s license. She pleaded guilty in June 2006 to driving without a license and paid a $182 fine.

Recalling that incident, Sandra Keding of Montevideo said in an interview Thursday that she had been reading the newspaper in her home that afternoon when she heard gravel flying.

“I stood up from the couch and looked out my window and this car was coming right toward my house,” said Keding, 45. “The car hit the curb, came right up on my yard and stopped about 12 feet from the front of my house.”

She recalled that Morales was driving and that she was “shaking all over and was a total wreck.” When Morales tried to shift the automatic transmission on the blue Dodge Neon, she couldn’t.

“She apparently didn’t know how to drive the car,” Keding said. “I had to get in and move it. She acted like she didn’t know how to shift.”

Police arrived and ticketed Morales for driving without a Minnesota license.”

Somehow I just don’t get it. McInsane is supposedly tough on terrorists (war war war endless war), but why is one against terrorists? OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE THEY KILL OR OTHERWISE HARM AMERICANS. Now keeping that in mind illegal hispanics have killed far more Americans since 2001 than all of the muslim terrorists attacks combined. Which is the greater threat? bottom line, if a certain group (illegal immigrants from wherever, no ethnicity mention, criminals coming from all walks of life, and all ethnicities) doesn’t respect our laws in coming here without going through the proper immigration channels) what would make someone think that they have any respect for our laws?

“Cottonwood, MN — KARE-11 News has learned four charges of criminal vehicular homicide will be filed Friday morning against the woman driving a van which crashed into a Cottonwood school bus on Tuesday, killing four children and injuring several others.

Alianiss Nunez Morales, 23, of Minneota, was arrested Thursday.

All four criminal vehicular homicide charges are felonies. KARE has also learned she will also be charged with a stop sign violation, and driving with no driver’s license. Those violations are misdemeanors.

Authorities tell KARE she was on her way to work in Cottonwood when she ran the stop sign at the intersection of county road 24 and highway 23. ..................”
