Barack Obama is the farthest to the political left of any current Senator. Hillary Clinton is a virtual communist.

Yet there are "Conservatives" on FReeRepublic who are actively campaigning against the Republican Presidential Nominee at a time when Democrats control both houses of congress and both Democrat nominees are Leftists.

There is absolutely NOTHING principled or conservative about actively campaigning against the Republican Presidential Nominee at a time like this.

I think people will come around eventually, once Obama attempts to start a hysterical mass movement against patriotism, faith and western civilization.

Nobody cares if he is a flaming socialist! His politics has nothing to do with his popularity. Hey! he’s a nice black guy with a smile and we need change. Holy crap! A lot of dumb ass Americans think they are watching American Idol!

Did anyone find it remarkable that they both support Embryonic Stem-Cell Research but do not support Non-Embryonic Stem,-Cell Research? The latter actually produces results.

How much traction are Obama's extremist policies going to get with Congressional Democrats who have tried very hard to portray themselves as being moderates? How much experience does Obama have with trying to finagle such things?

In a way, being more liberal makes him less dangerous, since unless he backs down from his leftist positions, the extremity of his proposals reduces the likelihood of their implementation.
