Speaking of Mrs. Clinton...Rush just suggested that should she lose, she could always go down to Cuba, fill in as Castro’s wife and run the place.

There are times when I’m truly glad I don’t have my t.v. hooked up to cable....missing out hearing ANYTHING shrillery says is a time most especially, lol!
When has she ever concerned herself with speaking honestly or factually? I think it’s never occurred, either in her speeches or in her thoughts.
To: nina0113
In the majority of instances, that was true Nina. I’ve not heard any figures that reach mass genocide as in the other cases though. I’m still sure he was responsible for many deaths.

When are the cuban people going to grow a backbone and storm this administration and take back their country instead of coming and living here for free stuff and sympathy.

The Cuban car story is part fallacy as they quit making them a long time ago. A few are in great shape but most are barely running and that’s on repeatedly cannibalized parts from other Chevys

I’m only going on what I heard on cigar radio shows but a free Cuba doesn’t necessarily mean that Cuban Cigars will become instantly available, just legal. There are long waiting lists already in place to buy all of them up the minute they become legal. Demand will exceed supply in this case.

I'm sorry, but I don't get your point.
Yes, they quit making them a long time ago, which is the whole reason they are desirable.
I don't think anyone believes there are pristine 50's cars driving around Havana... at least I don't.
People are interested in them for restoration purposes, at least that's my take on it.
To: silentknight
This is a rare event. Usually Communist leaders do not resign, they just catch colds.

Did Fidel himself make a public announcement? Maybe he really did kick the bucket.

Come think of it
Only thing we know about Cuba is from watching Godfather 2 for last 30 years
IT be nice to see that country open up after all these years
It going be weird for Cubans they stuck in 1960s or 1950s

A great day for humanity - the day Castro and his system croaks and I can party in Havana.
