Even worse, Macs can boot up the disgusting Windows OS in native mode.
Why would I boot up Windows in native mode on an Apple? Just so I can spend more money for the pleasure? No mac-boys that I know of run Windows natively, they all use VMware Fusion or Parallels.

Why would I boot up Windows in native mode on an Apple? Just so I can spend more money for the pleasure? It is a practical arrangement for gamers. Apple's applications can be used for everyday tasks like using the Internet or office work, then the Mac can still boot up native-mode Windows to play a game or something.
For non-CPU intensive Windows applications, there is probably no benefit to running Windows in real mode on a Mac, so Windows-under-VM is the ideal environment.

Windows native mode uses the FREE Boot Camp software that comes with Leopard. Fusion and Parallels can both use the same Windows partition that Boot Camp does.

(We can fix this, but you're gonna need a butter knife, a roll of duct tape, and a car battery.)
