Mark your calendar for February 27, 2008. You are invited to a party at the Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City -- the one next to the mall. Now, it's not our party. It's John Murtha's party. (see the last item) I just want you to go crash it.

Let's put them online. Let's make sure this thing gets in the headlines. Let's expose Democrat hypocrisy.

The annual payback dinner by defense contractors who benefit from earmarks by Democratic Rep. John Murtha, chairman of the House Defense Appropriations Subcommittee, will be held Feb. 27 at the Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City in Virginia, across the Potomac from Washington.

Murtha, a close adviser of Speaker Nancy Pelosi, is one of the leading earmarkers in Congress. The earmark recipients will be paying the $1,500 a person admission to "An Evening with Jack and Joyce Murtha."

If you have a big pig outfit you can dress up in, so much the better.

You might also be interested to know that there is an entrance to the Ritz Carlton Hotel from inside the Pentagon City Mall.

It is near the Brookstone and Movado Stores on the first level of the Mall.

Soooo Weeee!

Hey, security guards at that very mall invited a couple of our Richmond Freepers to leave when they stopped by for a cup of coffee on the way back from the original GOE event in D.C. awhile back. One of ours had a folded up sign that didn’t exactly square with Dhimmicrat values.

At least I found a free parking space there and didn’t contribute to the local economy, other than the Metro fare.
