Nor have I attacked you.
No. Telling me to take my meds wasn't a personal attack. Uh huh.
My attacks on your religion were not personal attacks upon you. Your religion teaches a gospel of works. As such, it is a false gospel. I only bring out what Mormonism teaches because I believe it is sending people to Hell. Your religion doesn't see Hell the same way that traditional Christianity sees it so it probably doesn't make sense when some of us speak boldly about the doctrines of Mormonism. In reality, it is out of concern we do so. The Mormons I have known have been really decent folks. More decent than a lot of the Baptists I have known. But being a decent person doesn't get you to heaven. Being a decent person doesn't forgive your sins. Only the blood of the Only Begotten Son of God, Jesus Christ does so. I don't stand here in any way shape or form thinking I'm better than you. I know I'm a miserable sinner. My sin disgusts me and yet I still sin. I couldn't do it on my own. I stand only in the righteousness of the Savior - period - without mixture of my own works. Do I work? Yes. But not in order to merit heaven, but out of love and gratitude for Christ's saving a sinner like me. I pray the same for you as well as all of the blessings knowing the Lord can bring.

Is that all you have to offer? Weak, pathetic attacks on a FReepers screen name. LOL
This has nothing to do with me, or Reagan for that matter. Remember, Romney rejected the Reagan agenda. This has everything to do with your continued support for a liberal jackass like Willard Myth Romney. Carry on.

LOL The only time someone attacks another Freepers screen name is when they’re losing the debate. The fact that you’re employing this tactic, instead of addressing the issue of Romney endorsing McCain, shows you have nothing of substance to offer in this debate. Carry on.

I have never been a Huck supporter.
I might vote for him for strategic reasons, for example, to throw the nomination to the convention, but that time is past. Too few votes, you don’t give it to the convention. Too many votes, and the guy with the votes swaps them for the VP slot.
As it now appears, I have no dog in this fight. (Unless I can influence the VP slot somehow.)

Well, Huckabee is a Baptist and Romney is a Mormon.
Romney just injured Huckabees chances.
Therefore, Romney is injuring Baptists.
To sum it all up, it must mean hes bigoted against baptists.
/sarc.
LOL Don’t you know the mormons own that word. Just wait when a rino muslim runs for POTUS and uses that word, the mormons will no longer have ownership of it.
To: xzins
Every time we get a strategy going, the candidates pull the rug out, making it ineffective. I would say vote Huck as an anti-McCain vote, but who knows what Huck will do tomorrow?

U Said:
I have not made personal attacks against you.
I Said:
Nor have I attacked you.
U Said:
No. Telling me to take my meds wasn't a personal attack. Uh huh.
No more so than saying I am a liar, similar to Moslems, and denying my testimony of Christ.
U Said:
My attacks on your religion were not personal attacks upon you.
Yes, they are, if you get to decide that your tirades are not an attack, then I can decide that mine isn't either.
U Said:
Your religion teaches a gospel of works.
See, there you go again, spouting off as if you know more about my faith then I do, you don't.We believe Exactly what the Bible says in
James 2: 14-26 go read it. We believe in Faith and works, saying that we believe in works gives the false impression that we believe our works will save us, we don't. If I said you believed in a faith only salvation, i would be implying that you thought all you had to do was say I believe and you are saved in spite of Going on to rape, molest rob and murder. I would be wrong. I am sure that you believe in being
doers of the word, and not hearers only So why lead people astray about us? You may have heard the saying, "it is better to have others wonder about your intelligence than to open your mouth and remove all doubt."
U Said:
As such, it is a false gospel.
Do you know what a
Straw man is? This completion of your "judgment" of us is a wonderful example.
U Said:
I only bring out what Mormonism teaches because I believe it is sending people to Hell.
IF you were actually accurately reflecting what we teach then we would have no problem, instead you are telling what you opinion of what we teach is and that will get you into trouble some day...
U Said:
Your religion doesn't see Hell the same way that traditional Christianity sees it so it probably doesn't make sense when some of us speak boldly about the doctrines of Mormonism.
Much of what you say here does not make sense, I guess we'll just have to get used to your confusion.
U Said:
In reality, it is out of concern we do so.
In reality it was out of concern that I wanted to if you'd taken your meds.
U Said:
The Mormons I have known have been really decent folks.
Great, why don't we just drop it there, OK?
U Said:
More decent than a lot of the Baptists I have known.
I have some Good friends who are baptists, and even a couple of Calvinists, Good people, I don't go around telling them they are going to hell and don't really know God, it'd be kind of rude... They do know if they are ever interested they can give me a call. Maybe you should take the same tack.
U Said:
But being a decent person doesn't get you to heaven.
Nether does Judging others.
U Said:
Being a decent person doesn't forgive your sins. Only the blood of the Only Begotten Son of God, Jesus Christ does so.
Glad to hear it, Have you read my testimony posted earlier on this thread?
U Said:
I don't stand here in any way shape or form thinking I'm better than you.
I'm sorry, your actions are yelling so loud, I can't hear your words...
U Said:
I know I'm a miserable sinner. My sin disgusts me and yet I still sin.
I hear you, I keep trying to be a nice Guy on these threads, but then people call me names and try to take Jesus away from me, and that just gets my back up, will you forgive me?
U Said:
I couldn't do it on my own.
Nobody can, the trick is recognizing that.
U Said:
I stand only in the righteousness of the Savior - period - without mixture of my own works.
Then you are in trouble, you've been commanded to work by Jesus.
U Said:
Do I work? Yes. But not in order to merit heaven, but out of love and gratitude for Christ's saving a sinner like me.
Great! I retract my prior statement, we are the same in that regard. IF I may, I'd like to explain how I see it.
We have a little faith, maybe just enough to pray about the scriptures, and so we do the work, we pray, as the scriptures command us to. We get an answer, that increases our faith, so we pray more, we get more answers, we start keeping more commandments, we are immediately rewarded, thus we have not earned salvation, just the reward we just got through faith, we continue on ward and upward in a positive feedback loop performing greater and greater works, receiving greater and greater faith. When we die, Jesus will judge us by our faith, and by our works for so it is written in the Bible (an example only
Revelations 20:12-13), and if our faith is great enough, he will extend his grace to us, for we have returned the love which he first gave to us. Thus our works increase our faith, and that is why we have been commanded to do them.
U Said:
I pray the same for you as well as all of the blessings knowing the Lord can bring.
Why thank you, I hope God blesses you with the humility to actually learn what we teach from us, so you can effectively compare our faith with yours, I have spent much time in other churches, before I made up my mind, I hope you will understand that it bothers me when others think I am stupid and didn't look before I "leapt".
Go with God my FRiend, Go with God.

Romney would make he best VP this country can possibly have.
No one has more accomplishments, no one has higher IQ, no one
has higher education, no one has been so successful in running actual business enterprises.
