The video on Little Green Footballs shows that a legal action by the government should be in order. Clearly the “Protesters were blocking the entrance.
The cops have to remain neutral. That being said, they also cannot stand by while people forcefully impede business and prevent others from engaging in lawful activities. The cop was in a tough spot. If he does something, he will be sued by the protesters, if he does nothing, he may be sued by the people who are having their rights violated. It was great video though!
Wow. I can think of many ways to stop them from blocking the doors.

That needs to be reported to the State Fire Marshal, because they can not barricade doors of an occupied building.
