The video shows a guy in a suit and blue shirt getting roughed up as he tries to enter, two young men have to fight their way in, and at the end, a young man with backpack is forcibly prevented and leaves. I am following along on this thread and am wondering why the CA AG does not call in the National Guard since the USMC office is federal property?

It was witnessed by dozens of people and I believe the police too.

The police will have seen nothing, that is their instructions.
