Berkeley police dept just watching code pink violating the law say that they should be ashamed says Lee Rogers.

I posted this little incident last nite in the dark in the park but will relate it in more detail here
While Melanie Morgan had the mic in one of the afternoon speaking segments at the MAF rally, a guy said he would like to say something. Being carefully disguised as a normal American, Mel handed him the micraphone.
Within a few seconds, he started spouting off with an anti-American screed laced with the f-word. Well he only got one out when Melanie grabbed the mic and attempted to take it back from him.
The cowardly wimp had no problem not realeasing it to a small blonde woman. In about 5 seconds though, a Gold Star Dad, a Vet to boot (build kinda like you, I'm sure you have met him at various rallies) took him to the ground and pinned him there. a And if he was hungry or not we do not know, but he instantly had a mouthful of grass and dirt.
Needless to say when he was released (after a long enough time probably to cause him to have to need a change of underwear) he scurried back across the street to his sweet MotherShi...p Madea Vengaman

Notice how the news blurb makes it seem like the Berkeley cops were excuting their duties against lawbreakers so well?
Actually, it took 7.5 hours for the police to arrest the people breaking Federal Law by blocking the entrance to a United States of America Marine Corp FEDERAL Recruiting office.
Cops in Berkeley: Must remain neutral. Bogus excuse to allow anarchy to rein in their little dictatorship.

That being said, I just learned that CAL Berkeley is involved with more than one Nuclear Projects, and Berkeley I believe is a Nuke Free Zone.

Wonder how they will respond when they see the efforts to pull several million Federal dollars from UCB concerning their Nuclear work?
It could be quite the little conundrum for them when they have to decide to be Nuke free or try to keep the money.
You know, I almost of the mind that it's a good thing they attacked the Marines and by extension the United States of America.

That incident with the dirt and grass eater, I was standing near Jim and Sheila at the R rear of the crowd of Patriots listening to the speakers.
I wasn’t able to see all the action, but as soon as he uttered the F word I did see his head disappear from my line of site.
A lady directly in front of me, immediately turned around and motioned to the riot police to get over there to the young guy who was grazing on the park grass. A setup if I ever saw one.
I did notice the cops had him engaged in conversation away from the patriots for quite a while before letting him leave. I also notice that the riot cops took position circling around the perp with their backs to the perp ready to confront anyone who came too close.
I talked with MAF photog and she captured all of it.
On the very rare times when we are at odds (VERY rare, I must repeat that), we disagree with the same style.
It’s very much appreciated, especially in these dark hours.
