Sad, how people will sell their country and their souls for 30 pieces of silver. We thought this stuff would end after Clinton’s 8 year debacle, but I think it got even worse.

Execute this piece of trash. And not by lethal injeciton, but by keel hauling or draw & quarter. Something nasty and very, very painful.

It was a sad day for maritime law when they banned keel-hauling, that’s all I’ve got to say.

Must have been getting a lot of money. The punishment should be execution. It won’t be.

Oh yikes. As a DoD contractor, AND an Alexandria resident, this hits too close for comfort!

The US traitor, who pimped US secrets to the PRC,
faces at most 10 years.

FROM THE DOJ

"According to court documents, the criminal conduct spanned a two-year period from January 2006 to February 2008.
Kuo, a naturalized U.S. citizen and New Orleans businessman, gathered national defense information on behalf of the government of the PRC.

Working under the direction of an individual identified in the complaint affidavit only as “PRC Official A,”
Kuo cultivated friendships with Bergersen and others within the U.S. government and obtained from them
-- for ultimate passage to the PRC -- sensitive U.S. government information, including classified national defense information.
Much of the information pertained to U.S. military sales to Taiwan.

Bergersen, a Weapons Systems Policy Analyst at the Arlington, Va.-based Defense Security Cooperation Agency,
an agency within the Department of Defense, was charged with being the source of the classified information
collected by Kuo. Kang, a citizen of the PRC and a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States,
served as a conduit of information between PRC Official A and Kuo.

Meetings between Kuo and Bergersen took place at various locations in Northern Virginia,
Charleston, South Carolina, and Las Vegas."

He put together a pretty detailed presentation on this link.

There won’t be much mof a trial. The slease-ball lawyers for the defense will ask for and get all sorts of classified in formation as part of their defense and the government will have to fold and settle for some minor charge like parking at the wrong spot at the Pentagon. It’s standard fair in spy cases.

I wonder what percentage of DOD top men see this as a darn good reason to push for a bigger budget. Yes, I am not convinced that they have the same feelings for America that I do.

U.S. carrier help? (Admiral offers help to China)

Adm. Tim Keating, the U.S. Pacific Command leader, told reporters during his visit to China last month that while building and operating a carrier battle group is complex, the United States is willing to help.

"We would, if they choose to develop [an aircraft-carrier program], help them to the degree that they seek and the degree that we're capable, in developing their programs," Adm. Keating said.

U.S. may share missile info with China
WASHINGTON, June 4 (UPI) -- The United States would "seriously" consider sharing technology and missile warning intelligence with China, (Secretary of Defense Gates) the U.S. defense chief said Sunday.

Some China firms avoid U.S. technology transfer licenses

WASHINGTON: Six months ago, the U.S. government quietly eased some restrictions on the export of sensitive technologies to China. The new approach was intended to help U.S. companies increase sales of high-technology equipment to China despite tight curbs on sharing technology that might have military applications.

But now the administration is facing questions from weapons experts about whether some equipment - newly authorized for export to Chinese companies deemed trustworthy by Washington - could instead end up helping China modernize its military. Equally worrisome, the weapons experts say, is the possibility that China could share the technology with Iran or Syria.

The technologies include advanced aircraft engine parts, navigation systems, telecommunications equipment and sophisticated composite materials.

As I recall, wasn’t one of the reasons the Navy wanted more ships because of the increasing threat brought on by the Chinese?

Wasn’t the guy who said that the chief of naval operations?

Isn’t the guy who said that now the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs?

Looks like there is some leadership who has been thinking about things for a while.

Yes, the betrayal of America has been in the works for quite some time. I am wondering if the American people are going to recognize this fact before they have to live under only the UN Charter. That Constitution was a good idea when the politicians and courts believed in it too.
