LEWISTON, Me. Hillary Clinton isnt pulling her punches today, and shes ripped.
Clinton doesnt think a temporary suspension fits the crime by MSNBCs David Shuster, who commented this week that the Clinton campaign had pimped out 27-year old Chelsea Clinton by having her try to recruit Democratic Party super delegates to support her mother.
Sen. Clintons letter to Steve Capus, president of NBC News, pretty much says it all:
Dear Mr. Capus,
Thank you for your call yesterday. I wanted to send you this note to convey the depth of my feeling about David Shusters comments.
I know that I am a public figure and that my daughter is playing a public role in my campaign. I am accustomed to criticism, certainly from MSNBC. I know that it goes with the territory.
However, I became Chelseas mother long before I ran for any office and I will always be a mom first and a public official second.
Nothing justifies the kind of debasing language that David Shuster used and no temporary suspension or half-hearted apology is sufficient.
I would urge you to look at the pattern of behavior on your network that seems to repeatedly lead to this sort of degrading language.
Theres a lot at stake for our country in this election. Surely, you can do your jobs as journalists and commentators and still keep the discourse civil and appropriate.
Sincerely,
Hillary Rodham Clinton
Where was hellery when her husbad, POTUS, was getting bj in his office, lied about it to the American people and, if it anymore possible, made her look like a moronic smacked as*.
Once again Hillary Clinton is trying to play the victim, but she's only exposing herself as the cheap opportunist she is. Chelsea may be a nice person, but she is not a child...she will be 28 years old this month, and should be able to speak and defend herself. What would be interesting is to know how and why Chelsea got 6 figure salary jobs after finishing college?!! She's received these jobs, I've been told, because of her parents. The Bush girls didn't get this type jobs, did they? With the Clintons, it's all about power and money, and they don't care who they step on and hurt to get what they want. I wish people would tell "old tough as nails" Hillary that she's not so tough if one little word could cause her to deny someone their freedom of speech!! Is this the type person you want in the W.H.? Not me. I wish she and Bill would go back to Arkansas and we never had to hear or see them again. I think they are two of the most over-rated people in the world. They are obnoxious, IMO, and have nothing to recommend either of them.
Does everyone here work for that pile of dung MSNBC?
If Hillary promises her first act as President will be to force MSNBC off the air, she might get more Republicans than Ann Coulter to vote for her. Keith Olbermann in particular deserves to be tarred, feathered, and permanently unemployed.
where was Hillary ?
pimping a ghost writers book called IT TAKES A VILLAGE
Man, you’re hardheaded;)))
You know I may be wrong but maybe bent willie knows more than we think about the bitc*. Maybe he caught her with some other young woman while doing her thing.
you are guessing Bill caught Hill w/ a woman ?????
is that your point ?
The country wanted her hound dog husband kicked out of the White House for getting BJs in the Oval Office, but Hillary fought tooth and nail to keep him there.
Lesser mortals must be fired for offending her highness.
I'm from the "Show Me State".
LOL
Good day to you Mr. Kent
You, too, Mr. B! ;)
“I’m sure mummy wouldn’t have minded footing the bill to get her ‘de-Hubbled”
She may call the turkey baster daddy.
As much as I loathe the Clintons this trash talk in the media is inexcusable. Guys like Schuster, Matthews and Olbermann need to get it out of the gutter. Crass, crude, repulsive and vile are not where political discourse should be at the national level. MSNBC is just a cesspool. I can’t believe GE doesn’t do something about it, especially since the network has to be a financial loser. Time for shareholders to get vocal, maybe.
btt
This sentence is the red flag that attorney Clinton is using to communicate to their legal department.
[Sexual] Harassment as a Pattern of Behavior:
One incident does not necessarily constitute sexual harassment, particularly if the individual does not repeat the behavior after being asked to stop, or if an employer takes immediate action to end the harassment. However, repeated incidents or a pattern of offensive behavior can constitute sexual harassment. When the harassment is verbal, a repeated pattern of incidents is usually necessary to prove harassment. She's telling them: fire him, or my flying monkeys will scour your organization for women willing to participate in sexual harassment lawsuits against you, on whatever pretext
They showed themselves that day, they are truly not "our boys." Their principles have been set aside long ago.
If I was Schuster I would apologize and then tell her that I have a tape of her screaming at her staff. If she would like to compare appropriate language we can start there.
