It is upsetting that John McCain was allowed a cake walk, being that none of the candidates except for one would challenge him. And that with the media deciding they would rather he be the nominee. It’s upsetting, but now that McCain is the candidate the gloves will be off. It’s very frustrating, but what can you do? It is what it is.

Yes! As we careen in agony up to the general election, even as tears pour down my face at the thought of Hillary/Obama winning the top office, I will take a certain amount of satisfaction as the Michael-Vick-trained-dogs of the DNC press rip into the psychotic little prick who wants to destroy my country via the Amnesty crap.

He thinks they love him. Imagine his shock and awe as they systematically destroy him. Unfortunately they will also destroy us--but no more so than if he won the top spot.

Actually I feel a little guilty about wanting to see McCain's painful demise as he is somewhat not guilty due to INSANITY. The filthy little traitors who really deserve to be torn to bits are the "establishment" Republicans who engineered this hugely destructive farce.

We survived Bill, we can survive Hillary.

What conservatives can NOT afford is 4-8 more years of drift left, led by a supposedly conservative republican.

McCain will reach across the aisle - and kiss democrat butt on EVERY domestic issue. He’s also weak-kneed on the GWOT. He did NOT propose the surge, nor did he ever propose the tactics that made the surge work. He has been soft on every other aspect of the GWOT.

Weak on terror, liberal on domestic issues...we cannot afford McCain in the WH.

Nonsense your position is just like her defenseless .
Anyone who commits the acts the Clinton’s have, have no redeeming values, except for the birds of a feather.

Anything else said about it is a rouse.

Fight for Congress. The Presidency is lost!

Amen! Any of the three will destroy our country unless we can elect strong enough opposition in the Congress to stop them in their tracks.

Barring help by Divine Providence in jettisoning McCain in time, do whatever gives you some satisfaction in the presidential vote but vote carefully and campaign strongly for good people in Congress.

Hillary’s campaign has gone into neutral ever since she decided to support Spitzer’s plan for driver’s licenses for illegal aliens. However, given the American sheeples short attention span, it will be up to those who are running against her to continue to bring her treasonous actions to the forefront of her campaign.

That said, it pains me to say this because: 1) I am a woman and 2) I would hope that we as a society could begin to evolve past some of our long held misconceptions about the differences between the sexes, but I don’t think that this country will elect a woman president this time around.

Personally, I find Hillary completely unqualified for the presidency—and that—not the issue of her gender, will keep me from voting for her.

UPDATE Congress Adjourns - No Amnesty Deal

From Glenn Spencer glenn@americanpatrol.com 11-1-00

LAME DUCK CONGRESS TO DECIDE AMNESTY

Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott just announced that the Senate would be adjourning until November 14.

The amnesty issue will be decided by a lame duck congress and a lame duck president.

If Democrats win, amnesty will pass and we will lose our country.

This election will be a national referendum on amnesty and national sovereignty!

Glenn Spencer

Yesterday, October 31, Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott told a press conference that up to four million illegal aliens may be given amnesty if the Republicans cave in to Bill Clinton. If that happens, it will mean the end of the United States of America as a sovereign nation.

We must do everything we can to stop this.

You must act now or you will lose your nation.

I think john Bolton is more serous, thoughtful and knowledgeable than Ann Coulter.

Per Bolton:
"This is a view that is uncomfrotably lose to Vladimir Lenin's famous doctrine that worse is better - that if the circumstances in a given society are deteriorating, that is better for the Communist party. This may be a fine doctrine for Vladimir Lenin and the Bolshevicks, but I don't think it's a doctrine that American conservatives should embrace, especially at a time when our country is at war...
I'll be supporting John McCain in this election, and I hope all of you will as well."

I hate to tell you this but Ann has it right. Check out my analogy between the republican backer and the frog. This country needs a good slap in the face with a president that has such radical views that it will tilt the pendulum back to conservatism.

I can’t tell you how disappointed I am that McCain is going to get the republican nomination. His principles are way out of touch with true conservative ideals. His stance on immigration alone borders on being criminal.

I liken those that blindly support the republican party to the frog that will not get out of the slowly simmering pan of water. In the end the frog dies and the republican backers lose any semblance of what their party was meant to stand for.

I switched to being an independent when the republican party left me a few years ago. I was actually going to vote for Romney if he won the republican nomination. There is no way that myself or a number of people I know are going to vote for McCain.

McCain reaches out to conservatives with his idiotic claim that we would be better off with him rather than Hillary or Barak. What that means is that on the top six issues Hillary is wrong on all six while McCain is “only” wrong on five.

In the end it failed because too many Republicans are such lemmings they bought the media-McCain-Huckabee “liberal” “flip flopper” lies about Romney.

You included.

After watching the 53 minutes and 26 seconds of Ann Coulter, I’ve concluded that this is another speech that needs to be transcribed. The question-and-answer session also needs to be transcribed. This is just great.

“McCain voted for Ginsburg and Breyer.” He also voted for Roberts and Alito.

McCain also prevented good judges from getting an up or down vote with his stupid "Gang of 14"

Ann made an un-PC joke last year, referring to John Edwards as a bundle of kindling or something, and is getting a little bit of the Imus treatment as a result.

Lest anyone forgot, WE ARE AT WAR!!!!! NOW IS NOT THE TIME IN HISTORY TO TEACH THE PARTY A LESSON!!

Clearly it is a bad time to teach the Party a lesson...we've always been at war with Eastasia.

We should really learn the three simple tenets of the Party. The three tenets of the Party are on display everywhere:

* WAR IS PEACE
* FREEDOM IS SLAVERY
* IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH

Now that that is settled, go out and vote for me.
-John McCain
