There are plenty of good people out there.

Apparently not.

The only two sort of new ones are Huckabee and Obama, because they are new to the national stage.

The other two main ones have been around for 2 decades: Clinton and McCain.

That seems to be the best the Democrats and Republicans can find.



Sad, isn't it.

One of those four will very probably be the next president.

Frightening, isn't it.

Yes, it is; but they were not the people’s selections. They were put there by the powers that be choice; not ours.

There are good people out there.

What we should do is get Michael Steele to run or right him in and the conservatives would come out in droves and Obama and Hitlery as well as McCain would be just a bad memory.

We are a nation where only half the electorate votes... and where half of those who do cast ballots vote for criminals, traitors and megalomaniacs while the rest spend all their time arguing which of them is the purist ideologue.

Tough to see much good coming of that.
