I can’t think of any 2 Duds that are worse than
these two nitwits...hope it’s true..but I seriously
doubt it...Clintons (either one) may be over the top
most of the time..but not that far??????? JK

Cling to your delusions if that helps you get thru the coming political storm. Don’t try to sell them to people who know better.

At the risk of stating the obvious, she’s got to get the nomination first.

Less emotion and more facts will help here. Don’t attack me because I provide more of the latter.

I thought Wesley Clarke was the top favorite.
To: K-oneTexas
If she gets the top spot ... I thing the VEEP will be Obama. That has shown to garner the votes in the Primary. No way. Regardless of which one wins, the other won't be their running mate. Too many firsts. The pick for veep will be some safe, dull white guy.

I thought Wesley Clarke was the top favorite. She's not that dumb. Clarke adds exactly nothing to the ticket.

I agree....Clinton/Obama ticket.... Not a chance. Obama won't want to run with her, any more than she'd want to run with him if he takes the nomination.

No President can pick a VP from his own state. He can. But Constitution forbids the electors from voting for both candidates if they're from the same state.

Polling data has indicated for some time that McCain does exceptionally well even in a 2-man race. No it hasn't.

Like that could ever happen. New Jersey is a safe Democratic state this year. So these guys bring nothing to the ticket.

Just as it would be foolhardy and a poor career move for Obama to become President, with Hillary! as VP chomping at the bit (how do you like that metaphor?) for his job...

NS, you just made my point (my usage of the phrase “exceptionally well” had to do with the contrast versus the other RINO candidates). You’ll note he is the only one leading Hillary or Obama in the polls. Rasmussen, whom is considered one of the better polls, has McCain leading Hillary by a fairly decent margin. Of course, national polls are fairly worthless, since it has to be viewed state by state (but Romney and Huckster have always faired poorly, none of whom were remotely competitive in Democrat-leaning or marginal states).

I see Hillary and the Dem Party doing everything possible to unite behind their strongest suit. If the Party says then the 'bots' will follow. Obama may say he will not, but if the Party says do it ... he will do it. These two are the Party's two strongest candidates. Richardson doesn't have a following nor does Edwards or any others, Gen. 'Useless as T*Ts on a Boar Hog' (Bill's buddy) included.
If Obama does manage to get it, Hillary will be pi**ed royally. I think she'll then challenge Harry Reid and he'll go silently into the sunset. The roll out bills like crazy in the Senate and vote on all of them. Repubs or not. And if Obama wins the Presidency, her buddy McCain will be reaching across the aisle.
