Reports are rolling into talk radio stations in San Diego about massive Republican vote suppression.
Thousands of Republican voters in San Diego and as far north as Los Angeles showed up to vote on Tuesday only to be told that they were registered "Non-Partisan". This meant that they could not vote for the Republican Primary candidates.
Non-Partisan (independent) voters in California can vote for Candidates in any other party, including the Democrat party, but are prohibited from voting in the Republican Primary unless they are registered as a Republican.
Rick Roberts [http://www.760kfmb.com] is currently reporting on this and has had hundreds of calls and thousands of e-mails from people who showed up to vote only to be told they were not registered as Republcans. Reports began rolling into the Roger Hedgecock show yesterday.
Several people have called in saying they witnessed this happening at polling place they worked at as volunteers. One gentleman stated that he believed at least 20% of the Republicans that showed up to vote were denied a Republican primary form because the roster showed them as "Non-Partisan".
The Republican Party in California has begun investigating this issue, but the mainstream media continues to report that Californias election "went smoothly".
It seems clear that someone or some group managed to tamper with the voter registration rolls. Either by direct access to the Registrars computer system, or by gaining access to voter information and then sending in registration cards in their name.
Southern California was projected to go heavily in favor in Mitt Romny.
In Florida, I didn’t have to show my voter id, they said “no”, they just needed to see my D.license. Why have a voter ID if it’s not being used as an ID? I think there was voter fraud in Fla too now that I think of it. Well,in addition to the illegal alien voters in S. Fla.
Thanks-
This is the work of Dean Logan, he’s the one that F’ed us in Seattle in 2004. Now he’s LA’s Problem......
www.opensecrets.org and also the State of California should list donations for each candidate by first and last name and amount of donation.
Its the work of someone, that’s for sure. This was not “accident”, or computer glitch, or voter “confusion”.
Californian’s are not like the 4 ft tall butterfly ladies in Palm Beach who just wanted to get on tv.
Yeah, with the help of his terminator friend from the future!
The ratio of donors to actual voters is about one in a thousand, so it wouldn’t make much difference. At any rate Romney is winning the delegates he was expected to win, so if there was a conspiracy against him it was one of the most incompetent conspiracies since the shoe bomber.
Is the Democratic team helping Mctrainwreck win his parties nomination? something to think about! Mitt is the one they fear! He is a man of faith and conviction!
Voting in Amerika?
It was assumed based on polling data that White registered Republican voters in the Southern California area would vote Romney; Hispanic and other minority Republican voters would vote McCain. It would appear that the change in party affiliation that led to many Republicans not casting their votes were NOT, shall we say, Spanish sur-named. The real problem is that this seemed to be happening, to a lesser extent, to Republican voters in other areas - it happened to a voter in front of me in line in Fairfield (she was “switched” to Democrat and she was registered Republican)
I don’t know if there are sinister implications to all this or not - but it’s more than passing strange. The other thing accomplished by this, of course, is that Hillary and Obama will start spinning that the independent voters jumped to them even though that’s not exactly true; Independent voters couldn’t vote in the Republican primary, for instance, so there’s no way to know where they really stand.
Why are they doing this? It stinks to high heavens.
We better start demanding our voting rights or we will have none. They have already killed off the conservative vote.
Yeah? You REALLY wan't to levvy the "stupid" charge when you and I BOTH know that, if CAGOP let Indy's vote in their primary, there'd have been a whole lot MORE votes for McCain??
Indy's don't trend to the Right. Letting them vote in your Primary is a sure formula for going Left, as if we need any more of THAT.
I don’t know what that means.
Is this the Daily Kos?
This San Diego county Republican voted absentee. And yes, for Romney.
