A Few of FR's Finest....Every Day

Free Republic made its debut in September, 1996, and the forum was added in early 1997.   Over 200,000 people have registered for posting privileges on Free Republic, and the forum is read daily by tens of thousands of concerned citizens and patriots from all around the country and the world.

A Few of FR's Finest....Every Day was introduced on June 24, 2002. It's only a small room in JimRob's house where we can get to know one another a little better; salute and support our military and our leaders; pray for those in need; and congratulate those deserving. We strive to keep our threads entertaining, fun, and pleasing to look at, and often have guest writers contribute an essay.

Ever stop to think about all the animals that frequent the Finest? There are bears and birds, dogs and kitties, foxes, owls, wolves...! And Elephants everywhere! (No donkeys need apply though!) :)

                    

Now the Finest isn't like just any zoo - our animals are very FRiendly - no fences or cages for them - in fact, this one may greet you at the door and insist upon a hug before you enter. (females only, of course.)

You may even find a bear in the kitchen cooking up some of her special brownies.

The Finest isn't all about animals and birds, of course - we have among us, to name just a few:

A few little critters didn't get used, so if you have these letters in your name, please feel free to take them. I used "Comic Sans Ms" font in a size "6" to spell the rest of the names. I’m not sure how California will go. This election is a mess.

Too bad I’m not still registered as a “D” so I could have voted against The Witch. I don’t think we can take Bill in the White House for even 4 more years. I cannot even imagine hearing Shillary’s voice every day for 4 years.

Aptly so. I could walk from the house to the main barn right this second, flashlight in hand of course and see probably more than a dozen Cottontail’s out there right now LOL. Also very likely would see a Raccoon or two as well.

Yes, it IS a mess, Amy. I am just sick over it. I will NEVER cast a vote for McCain, not in the primary and not in the election. I am just so disgusted with politics in general. What on earth are people thinking???

It's true - we do have so many threads that we could bring back once in a while, and I'd hoped we'd all do that - one reason it's nice to have the archives.
