I am lost I though those Delegates were the ones that choose who will proceed to challenge the other parties candidate, are you saying they can change their minds at the convention?

What we’ve seen here is what a brokered convention would be like. If we get that far, hold onto your seats. That’s how Lincoln won the nomination in 1860.

Consider today and what's going on. Then think about this...

Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth?
I tell you, Nay; but rather division:
For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided,
three against two, and two against three.
The father shall be divided against the son,
and the son against the father;
the mother against the daughter,
and the daughter against the mother;
the mother in law against her daughter in law,
and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

"Wake Up!" It's time to get involved. It's time to vote.

Even bad things happen for a "reason." We must do our best. Read the excerpt from "Wake UP!"

We are in a terrible mess. It looks like the best we can hope for is 2012, if there's anything left.

If McCain gets in our country will be run by Mexicans by then

Regards

Huckabee has been promised something by McCain in payment for being a spoiler for Romney.

The VP slot. At the national convention Huckabee's delegates will pledge themselves to McQueeg to get Huck a place on the ticket. Huck is wetting himself at the thought of it. He has a humble preacher's vision of "President Huckabee 2017-2025."

Mark my words. Preacher Huck will be McQueeg's VP.

“I guess you would rather have a complete socialist monster as President than someone who does not fit your strict definition of “conservative.””

RomneyCare or HillaryCare, Hmmm, hard decision.

Romney gun control or Hillary gun control. Hmmm, hard decision.

Romney gay rights or Hillary gay rights. Hmm, hard decision.

Romney pro-murder pre-born babies or Hillary pro-murder pre-born babies. Hmmm, hard decision.

Vote for socialist Romney or vote for socialist Hillary. Easy decision—NEITHER!

“It is a game, and the game now by Huck and McCain is to stop Romney.”

Why would the McCain and Huck voters want to stop Romney?

That is what you need to solve.

Just a few days/hours ago the whine from the Romney camp was that Huck is splitting the conservatives that should go to Romney.

It looks like either that isn’t true or that Romney isn’t conservative on enough issues that the base cares about?

And the destruction of the conservative wing of the republican party continues and break neck speed. Well done, must congratulate the liberal zealots of the party. If Huck and McCain continue I see no place for me in the party.

I don’t think everyone is. But Romney supporters have been extremely vocal. My guess is Brigham Young U took the last couple of weeks off to spam the internet as much as possible.

This was a caucus. Not a public vote. Your analysis is flawed.

This is hearsay but if true it is barbarically cruel.

The incident with Huckabee’s son is a matter of public record.

I see a Democrat landslide in November. We'll lose the presidency, a half dozen more senate seats, and perhaps 20 house seats.

McCain has enraged the not insubstantial army of Romney supporters. I don't think the fool has realized the ramifications of that. He's insulted them by insulting Romney. They won't pull the lever for McCain, and McCain can't win them back.

Huckabee has treated the LDS voters lower than dirt. If he's on the ticket the Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming vote will go Democrat in the presidential contest for the first time since, well, Roosevelt.

I don't know what I'm going to do. I may even switch parties and attempt to make the Democrats more conservative. If McCain wins, I will leave the Republican Party. I will leave because McCain has made it clear he doesn't want or need me or people like me in the Party.

I know it was a caucus but there is a reason they don’t like Romney.

How is Romney polling in other dark red primary states? In the toilet?

There is a reason!

If McCain’s guys had gone to Romney, you all would have stated they had “seen the light.” This is politics. McCain views Romney as a bigger threat to him than Huckabee, so his supporters thought beating Romney was paramount.

Who is whining now?

You’re welcome to the Republican Party such as McCain and Huckabee will remake it. Enjoy the hell you chose.

Educate yourself so you won’t sound so clueless. West Virginia was a caucus, people act in groups which have leaders who try to keep the group acting together. The McCain folks clearly knew that they should join the Huckabee folks to defeat Romney who received 41% on the first vote.

A McCain/Huckabee tag team, as most all can see.

McCain or a Democrat - Hard decision.

Come November, I pledge to vote for neither.

I suspect McCain has colluded with the Democrats to destroy conservatism within the Republican party.

McCain IS NOT A CONSERVATIVE and I will drop out rather than vote for him. And I’m not alone.

Good luck with your prize candidate.
