I know of boat loads of FReepers that will join in on indirectly helping hillary rather than voting for mccain as well. They will help a socialist they disagree with 100% rather than vote for someone they disagree with to a lesser degree. Brilliant.

It’s a case of nose, meet face. Anyone who supports putting Hillary! in the WH, directly or indirectly, has to have a screw loose. Call it what you may, but helping Hillary! get elected POTUS is certainly not a conservative principle, and does nothing to further the conservative cause, and goes a long way towards facilitating its defeat.

Great logic isn’t it?

The principled, conservative position is to support Hillary, according to Coulter and Limbaugh. In other words, the ends justify the means. It is quite brilliant logic.

We shouldn’t be supporting the Democrats. EVER.

I’m one of them. But at least it will be easy to round some opposition. Four years of gridlock, hearings, attacks, obstruction, impeachment investigation, nothing accomplished. Sounds better to me than a McCain/Amnesty lovefest

Another way to look at the upcoming election is to ask “who do our enemies want to be elected POTUS & who do they fear the most?”

Obama/Clinton vs. McCain, Romney,Huckabee or any Republican.

The good news is that 90% of freepers supported Thompson or Hunter, these two combined got less than 5% of the total vote in the real world.

Personally, I’ll probably vote for McCain, but I understand the position of the Freepers who not vote for president or who will write in a candidate. If Republican presidential candidates know that all conservatives will vote for them even if they are only 1% more conservative than the Democrat, why should the candidates take them seriously?
