Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread - Super Tuesday 2/5/08
The EIB Network ^ | February 5, 2008 | Rush Limbaugh

Posted on 02/05/2008 8:50:13 AM PST by TSchmereL

AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back — just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, Maha-Rushie! America's Anchorman, Truth Detector, and Doctor of Democracy. He is the man who runs America. He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do--That's host. Get ready to what you were born to do--That's listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).

A few minutes ago, I contacted a State Rep to ask how to best begin my political journey. I hope for a fast reply.

I believe if you go to www.rnc.org it will say to contact your local Republican party. When I lived in East Hartford, I was the member of the EHRP, which met monthly at the Library.

Now I'm a member of HillsboroughRepublican Party in Florida.

Rush is on fire today and right on! I feel that Rush has redeemed himself for any departures he made supporting George W. Bush out of faith that he would finally deliver on conservative policies and implement a conservative agenda, but never did. The fact that so-called “conservatives” have eagerly joined in with the backstabbing RINO infected RNC beltway establishment and supported McCain while Rush, Hannity, Levin, Ingraham, Reagan, and other true conservative voices have not and stood fast with principle against a tidal wave of treachery and smears makes me proud to be a talk radio show listener and conservative.

McCain has shown himself to be an arrogant, self-centered, power hungry megalomaniac after all is said and done and a disappointing disgrace. I knew and met quite a few Vietnam POWs in the late 70’s after the war, many who were in captivity as long or longer than John McCain and suffered as bad or worse treatment as McCain. Yet, not one to a man did I ever know who whored his military record or POW status for personal or political gain of has others do it for them. Furthermore, as bad as the treatment of POWs was during the Vietnam War by the Vietcong and the NVA, many more Vietnam veterans came back maimed, crippled, or never at all. Among all those who served, gave all, and lost all, I’d think these men, not POWs like John McCain should be first in line to be considered as war heroes.

One more thing. True heroes, through war or not, do not proclaim themselves as such or have operatives do it for them but live out their lives in quiet and selfless humble dignity as befits their status as genuine heroes.

Some one told me a long time ago......"It's hardest to sell your soul the first time after that it gets easier and easier."

McStain is walking, talking, breathing proof of that statement everyday. What honor he had, he sold off long ago for power.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

can anyone confirm that Dobson of “focus on the family” has endorsed Romeny?

Seems a huge defeat for Huckabee if that is the case.

I still say that one reason many pub congress support illegals is not so much that they will vote but that they can’t vote.

Whether they vote or not they are here. They count

Congressional seats are assigned by total population not by
registered voters or even by legal residents. Federal money is disbursed the same way.

The Dems like that either way. How many seats would California lose and how many would smaller redder states gain if illegals weren’t counted??

The one really smart pub their own tactics against the Dems — Tom DeLay. He used the illegal population to gerrymander them into pub districts — BECAUSE THEY COUNT — even if they can’t vote, or because they can’t vote

Rev. Dobson provided a statement to Laura Ingraham this morning stating that if McCain is the Republican nominee, he will not vote in the General election in November for president.

Rush is on FIRE!

WABC: http://wm-eon.vitalstreamcdn.com/live_eonwmss_vitalstream_com_abc-wabcam1

“People in the west and mid-west had better be ready for how the media is going to try and manipulate them all day and evening. McCain will probably win in a the east & NE states here and there and they will play it up big in order to discourage you and suppress your vote. Put a sign under your TV screen today to remind yourself not to be influenced by their game.”

Don’t fall for it and become discouraged! It ain’t over until NOVEMBER and that a LONG way off!! Go out and VOTE ROMNEY!!

The fix has been in for a long time, but if McCainiac winds up as the RINO nominee, he will NOT win without us. We can write in Romney in November. bttt
