Throughout my campaign, I have been listening to the voices of people across America. I met one man who told me, "I don't know what I did wrong. I got my education and I worked hard. I've been at the same company for 12 years now, but I've just been asked to train my successor because my job is moving to another country."
Another woman said to me, "I just can't make ends meet. My health care premiums have doubled, college tuition is up. How am I supposed to make it as a single mom?"
I am running for president to bring those voices to the White House and give people a chance to achieve the American Dream: having a good job, owning their own home and living with financial security. That means tackling our toughest challenges -- rising inequality, stagnating wages and a growing sense that too many middle class families are just one pink slip away from financial devastation.
My measure of economic success will never be a single, dry statistic. Rather, success means an economy that allows those at the bottom to work their way into the middle class, without pushing anyone out. It means leaving people better off when I finish than when I start. In short, success means an economy that shares its prosperity with all.

How is it possible to train the successor for your job, when the company is leaving the country for cheaper labor?
Shared prosperity my ass. It’s government-sanctioned theft.
I wondered that myself.
well, even hitler published his ideas in advance. not comparing her to him, btw.
Silly you.....the "rich" of course.
However, I read somewhere that if all of the American "rich's" wealth were taxed at 100%...it would run the government for about a week....So....it is left to us, the not so rich, to pay the way for the millions of deadbeat Americans that we seem to be stuck with. The "rich" can't even come close without the great American "middle class".
If Hillary gets her way, the great American middle class will shrink considerably because some of them will get so tired of paying for nothing....they will just give up and go home.
This is breaking news?
Congrats on your fourth post.
I had no clue you felt that way! Billary, please send a mil or two to me...
At least it seems so to me when I had to call for some billing problems.
Knock it off. Your countdown garbage is getting old.
PS, not that this is a bad article, I missed it and I thank you for posting it. We’ll discuss the merits of Marxism and where Hilldawg is going wrong.
Sniff..............
All these “woe is me stories” Hillary comes up with...... I guess they poll well.
I’ll never forget when Bradley was running in the primaries (if I remember correctly), and he told a story about being in the doctor’s office waiting for an appointment and he watched a mother bring her daughter out of the examining room and go up to the counter and she actually had to open her checkbook and write a check for $60 !!!!
It happened to me,,trained them , just forgot a few things..
Cheaper labor in this case was being contracted out,..
The foreigner is brought here by the company that is leaving here. Of course Her Thighness fails to tell you why the company is leaving.
Taxes are too high.
Odds are it’s a union controlled company that has driven the company to the verge of bankruptcy.
Slip and fall John Edwards types camp out on the companys door step.
Regulation, litigation, and taxation. A business’s biggest enemy.
