1. Cut off ALL federal funding to the town of Berkeley, CA as well as federal funding to universities and schools in a 20 mi radius - permanently.

2. Arrest and deport the mayor and his family for interfering with the Marines in a time of war.

There is a precedent for this, another case in which a local government sought the forcible removal of a federal facility in their midst. The year was 1861, the government was the secessionist regime of South Carolina, and the facility was Fort Sumter.

Nowhere in Constitutional or common law is the right of free speech construed to include the right to forcibly prevent others from conducting their lawful business.
In facilitating this outrage, the seditionist regime in Berkeley has abrogated its constitutional duty to protect the conduct of lawful business and it has attempted to annul acts of the Federal government, specifically the various acts that allow the Marine Corps to engage in recruting. In openly attempting to deny use of the facility to the Federal authorities, it has placed itself in the same position as the South Carolina secessionists.

It should be dealt with accordingly.

Berkeley has seceded from the Union. This recruiting office is our Fort Sumter in the showdown with the pop-left and the rebel media.

The federal government must organize a task force of marshalls and, if necessary, troops; march into Berkeley; secure the recruiting office; seize city hall; and arrest every official and police commander involved in this act of rebellion.

Easy, there is a precedent for actions such as these. Berkley has refuted the US government’s rights to have troops situated in that town. If Berkley makes one move to remove the US Marines we declare war on Berkley, burn down their houses and imprison the Mayor and government for at least five years. Any citizen that supports the city of Berkley’s actions loses their rights to vote until they sign an oath of allegiance to the Federal US government. Those that cannot pay their taxes lose their property and it is given to individuals that are from Oregon or Washington. Its been done before....I am surprised nobody has seen the obvious connection.

This is not a Free Speech issue! It is more fundamental than that. Article I, section 8, of the US Constitution mandates the Congress provide for the defense of these United States. To be able to do that, it has the power to raise and fund a military force. Part and parcel of that "raising" is the provision of recruiters.

It is not Free Speech, it is the defense of our Nation that is at stake. And the city is standing in direct violation of the Federal government's explicitly stated constitutional responsibilities!
