Speaking at a news conference in Oklahoma, Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee floated the idea that the reason the vast majority of America's conservative talk radio hosts aren't endorsing him or John McCain is because Mitt Romney's investment firm owns a significant share of Clear Channel Communications, the nation's largest radio syndication company.
"Some suggest that the fact that Bain Capital owns a major stake in Clear Channel is on Sean's network, maybe there's a correlation. I don't know."
The Sean he was referring to had to be none other than Sean Hannity, America's number-two talk radio host behind Rush Limbaugh.

Correct. Not only that, but the Huckster’s comment was specific to Sean Hannity. Hannity isn’t even broadcast by Clear Channel. He’s with their competitor, Citadel.
“I give Huckabee a little more credit it does seem strange how Hannity has become such a Romney Shill and Romney is not exactly a Conservative Icon...”
He’s far, far better than anyone left. And if he is halfway successful in implementing his campaign platform, he will be.
“Same as the Jesus/satans brother comment. He makes outrageous comments but states he doesnt know as some kind of stupid cover. He thinks hes really clever.”
Thing is, Huckabee’s adisor on Spirituality & Ethics was video-taped about a week before this incident saying, “And did you know Mormons believe that Jesus and Satan are brothers?” at a Huckabee event.
Those who think that was an accident will believe anything. Huckabee intentionally tried to slip that into the reporter’s piece. There’s also that issue of him speaking at a conference in Salt Lake City in which copies of “Mormonism Unmasked: Confronting the Contradictions Between Mormon Beliefs and True Christianity “ were handed out.
Huckabee is a nasty little guy who likes to try to play sweet and innocent.
Even if McCain's voting record was 100% conservative (which it is not), his campaign finance reform would be more than enough to disqualify him.
McCain-Feingold kneecapped the conservative movement for decades to come. Soft money and issue ads allowed conservative interest groups to compete with labor unions and the mainstream media. Unlike Romney, McCain does not repent for doing the left's bidding.
What good are a few pro-life votes and claiming to be pro-life in stump speeches when you've spent your entire political career hurting the people that are out there doing to the groundwork?
McCain's military service was honorable, but so was George McGovern's. Neither of them have any business being President.
Thanks for the ping Jan.
Its great to read rants I agree with! ;oP
“Huckabees adisor on Spirituality & Ethics”
He needs a new advisor.
Huckabee speaks straight, white man.
A vote for Huckabee is a vote for McCain.
