Clinton says yes to garnishing paychecks
1/3/08 | self

Posted on 02/03/2008 7:30:48 AM PST by DogandPonyShow

This morning on "This Week" on ABC, she was pressed about garnishing wages (to pay for her Health Insurance program) and dodged it a few times before saying,

"George, there will be an enforcement mechanism, whether it is that or something else."

So she is open to the idea of garnishing wages. Her words.

Go ahead Conservatives, stay home or vote 3rd party. Please let us know who you are afterwords. We will really want to know who you are.

Your scare tactics no longer work. If Hillary enacted this policy, conservatives would win in a landslide in the next election.

Your continual posts to try to sway Freepers to support McCain is disgusting and shameful. Its sad to see someone who actually posts on here expose himself as having no character and who is so scared of Hitlery that he would rather have the devil himself (i.e. McCain) running the country. I would rather face my enemy than be stabbed in the back by the likes of someone like McCain. McCain is endorsed by Lieberman, John Kerry, the NYT, and the Terminator - all liberals. Take a hint from other freepers and quit posting lies about McCain when we all know he is nothing more than Hitlery except he’s shorter, has less hair and hates the constitution probably a little more than her.

They are many many liberal rags supporting McCain. The libs want to win on the Republican ticket or the Democrat ticket - they will win either way. They are using their voice with their propaganda on - like you say - on covers of magazines - he's been the media talking voice - he's getting free advertising from them - every where you look - it's McCain.

It works like advertising works - over and over - companies spend big bucks on advertising because it works. Vote Mitt and let the media and libs eat dirt.

Give it about 12 hours and there will be a “clarification” from the Clinton camp. She obviously didn’t ‘focus group’ this statement.

"28 years later we are still dealing with his legacy, IRAN"

Please don't flatter the idiot Carter.
The Iranian revolution would have happened regardless,
and we've had five Republican administrations to bring down the ayatollahs without success.
I guess we've failed to win the hearts and minds of the Iranians.
Let me see, where have I heard that expression before?
Oh, that's right, in that far away land where I lost my best friend.
And now we're trying to win the hearts and minds of another miserable bunch of
"people" who will be shooting our boys in the back for their trouble, if and when we ever leave that $hithole country.

Exactly. McCain IS A DEMOCRAT.

THREE HUNDRED MILLION people to choose from and the Republicans can't find a f@%king Conservative to run for the Presidency!

What a bunch of incompetents!

Go ahead Conservatives, stay home or vote 3rd party.

Do you have any evidence that the GOP candidate will not do the same thing.

That GOP candidate would face less resistance in congress.

He’s already doing the democrat’s bidding, so they will go along with him.

And the republican’s? Like many FReepers I've seen lately, they will put party over principle, and go along with him.

The Hilldabeast would at least get some token resistance from a republican senator or two.

Maybe.

We could get a grass roots effort starting here on FR to WRITE in Michael Reagan for President and see how far we could get nationwide. Perhaps its past time for a revolution and any revolution involves personal sacrifice and an all out effort by those willing to make change happen. We’d have to have the support of ALL talk show radio hosts - Heck, Rush gets 20 million viewers weekly - that would be a start...Bush won with 60 million voters...it would take efforts in every state by people willing to work phones, walk streets, give personal monies.

The country survived Jimmy Carter. Therefore the country can survive anything.

Just more foolish "Let Hillary Win" talk.

She is the worst of the worst. She will inflict more permanent, irreversible damage on our country than you can imagine, far more than Jimmy Carter could dream of. We will become a nation of slaves to her European Socialist-style doctrine. She will corrupt our children forever, finishing the job her husband started. She will destroy our industries and transfer our wealth to China.
