MEET THE PRESS (NBC): Republican strategists Mary Matalin and Mike Murphy; Democratic strategists Bob Shrum and James Carville.
FACE THE NATION (CBS): Sens. John McCain, R-Ariz., and Barack Obama, D-Ill.
THIS WEEK (ABC): Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, D-N.Y., and former Gov. Mitt Romney, R-Mass.
LATE EDITION (CNN) : Former Gov. Mike Huckabee, R-Ark.; former Gov. Mitt Romney, R-Mass.; Ralph Nader, consumer advocate and former presidential candidate.
Sounds like a contest of who can be the bigger liar.
Carville spins Clinton’s dumb comment on having to clean up after President Bush so hard he actually twists his entire body.
What she was really talking about was the terrible economy. LOL. Sure, James.
We’ve just seen the Fox endorsements: McCain and Clinton discussing their debates next fall. My ears! My ears! (I can’t look!) but I can’t find my mute button right this minute.
Ugh!!! I had to cover my eyes...It was blinding me!!!
Good Morning, all.
Waiting to see Smilin’ Jack McLame. What a circus.
...Let us not forget that he flirted with the notion of changing party to DEMOCRAT and being JFK’s VP.
...He essentially called the Swift boat vets liars...those brave men this fine even-tempered man couldn’t hold a candle to.
...his constant childish calling of Rumsfeld names and casting nasty aspersions his jealous self who should be the Secretary of Defense any fool could see this.
Keep going, I’m compiliing a list, later on I’ve got an amazing idea.
Back in the 2000 election ... McCain claimed Teddy Roosevelt was his hero
Well ... I trust neither one of them
right, Wallace gives Hillary time out of McCain’s slot. I guess neither one of them are in the studio. McCain is so strong on the WOT, this is his saving grace for me. Although he needs to temper his criticism of Rummy and he needs to chance his stance on Gitmo and waterboarding.
Not a bad interview, but as I said earlier, pretty boring. Last question is on economy, he doesn’t really answer the question, except to say low taxes, less spending, and expounds slighly.
Last last question: Patriots or Giants? “We welcome them to AZ and hope they spend lots of money.”
Next up, the queen-bee.
I thought Chris was pleasant enough to McCain, no hard hitting questions, just a respectful conversation.
The comparison is unflattering and inevitable. These two present a most unappealing spectacle.
Ditto what you wrote, fishtalk!
well FOX NEWS just lost me as a viewer
that set up of lettin Hillary peek into McMedia;s interview is pure bushleague.
I loathe McMedia but now loathe FOX NEWS more
I am not so sure he won’t team up with the Dems if elected and change on that. Seriously, I do not trust him on any issues.
Carville: Hillary voted to authorize the war because the Bush Administration lied to her.
My God, this is unreal. Oh, and James just loves her to death.
I had forgot about the Swift boat Vets.
I was speaking with a group of Vets yesterday, and none of them like McCain. None.
Looking at McCain and sHillary is like watching a SNL skit from hell.
FNS
Will Hillary cackle this morning, like she did on her last FNS visit?
Isn’t it the responsibility of the person voting for this stuff to look into it instead of just blindly following it?
Senator Asks Why NFL Destroyed Tapes

A) Spectacle must be a Steelers fan
B) If he thinks it’s impossible to get the CIA to talk about destroyed tapes....they’ll seem positively chatty compared to Bill Belichek.
McCain is so strong on the WOT, this is his saving grace for me.
#####
Actually McCain is strong on fighting a twentieth century large ground force war. He has not backed any of President Bush’s team’s approaches to cripple and stop the enemies that we face today.
The so called Housing crisis affects .6 % of the mortgages.
Thats POINT 6 percent.
For this she will be paralyzing the economy. Anything to get government mits into our pockets.
