Why is he being afforded special protection as a paid shill ?

In case you didn't notice, "hon", I'm requesting the same respect for your identity.

I have no idea what the guy's (or gal's) name is. Just responding in kind as he (or she) seems to be under the impression that my name is Simmons.

I don’t work for any campaign. I’m not on anyone’s payroll.

I don’t know if they’re paid or volunteers, but yes, they’re clearly working for campaigns.

False. Any other misinfo? You got the name wrong, my occupation wrong. Post something else so I can continue to debunk you.

When I go to the source link for Paul, it does not support his tax plan;

Marginal Individual Income Tax Rates

Eliminate, replace with “nothing” (by drastically reducing federal expenditures)

The Link:

http://www.ronpaul2008.com/issues/debt-and-taxes/

Working Americans like lower taxes. So do I. Lower taxes benefit all of us, creating jobs and allowing us to make more decisions for ourselves about our lives.

Whether a tax cut reduces a single mother’s payroll taxes by $40 a month or allows a business owner to save thousands in capital gains taxes and hire more employees, that tax cut is a good thing. Lower taxes allow more spending, saving, and investing which helps the economy — that means all of us.

Real conservatives have always supported low taxes and low spending.

But today, too many politicians and lobbyists are spending America into ruin. We are nine trillion dollars in debt as a nation. Our mounting government debt endangers the financial future of our children and grandchildren. If we don’t cut spending now, higher taxes and economic disaster will be in their future — and yours.

In addition, the Federal Reserve, our central bank, fosters runaway debt by increasing the money supply — making each dollar in your pocket worth less. The Fed is a private bank run by unelected officials who are not required to be open or accountable to “we the people.”

Worse, our economy and our very independence as a nation is increasingly in the hands of foreign governments such as China and Saudi Arabia, because their central banks also finance our runaway spending.

We cannot continue to allow private banks, wasteful agencies, lobbyists, corporations on welfare, and governments collecting foreign aid to dictate the size of our ballooning budget. We need a new method to prioritize our spending. It’s called the Constitution of the United States.

You’re right, the issues are completely different. The behavior, however, is exactly the same imo. I’d say that having the ownership of this forum post something along the lines of (paraphrasing) “Ron Paul is a cheese-eating surrender monkey, and he and all his flying monkeys can go pound sand” gives pretty broad permission for posters to camp out on Ron Paul threads and poke at his supporters for the sport of it, too. Such “sport”, as I said, is not something I “get”, so I don’t engage in it. I agree to disagree with you, nic, but I don’t want to continue this conversation with you.

With all due respect, FR is a place where volunteer work is not only encouraged but promoted, or do you not recall what has gone on at various rallies, including the Florida debacle with Algore?

How many times do we read about FReeps? These are done by volunteers who have, most often, volunteered their time to help with a campaign.

Once again, drawing sides in FR is normal and customary. Unfortunately, however, the problem currently is the sides have been drawn too often in the rino camps.

As a matter of fact, I asked for them to be removed. I'd do the same (actually I did) for you or anybody else. The game of "outing" people who choose to remain anonymous is despicable. Apparently the mod agreed.

ME was part of MA until 1820. Both soundly repudiated GHWB and GWB for that matter.

Romney may not be the best conservative but he is definitely the pick of this kitty litter selection we have out there. McCain is the quintessential Washington, DC insider and a BIG PART of the elites sticking it to us.
Go Mitters...

Well that is certainly some circular logic. Tell you what, I'll just post my SSN, credit report, etc...

WRONG. Doesn't work that way. You said I am on Romney's staff. PROVE IT.
