ABC news has tapes of 24 meetings of the board of directors of Wal-Mart. And just who do you think was serving on that board during these meetings? Why, none other than the smartest woman in the world, Hillary Clinton. View their story.

Why are the tapes of these board meetings important? Because the board was discussing actions to be taken to fight unions who might want to organize Wal-Mart workers. Hillary? She sat there and never uttered a word. Nothing. Nada. The Wal-Mart board of directors was plotting against unions, and Hillary did nothing. That was then, and this is now. Now we have Hillary the absolute champion of all things union. Hillary the would-be president who wants to allow workers to unionize without even holding a union election, couldn't find it in her to stand up for these union members when Wal-Mart was planning against them.
Message? She's a phony; a complete phony. She will do anything to acquire power.
Anything to realize her decades-old goal of becoming the most powerful person in the world. Will union supporters and members see this? Probably so. The question is whether or not they will ignore it for the sake of political expediency.
For the record ... any company that plots against unionization is just fine with me.

Right. But if Hillary gets into this position, our sovereignty will be compromised, and this country will descend more quickly into non-relevance, and the presidency will not be held in the same regard as it has in the past.

I’ve hated unions since the day several of the Painters’ Local thugs poured sugar into the gas tank of the compressor at the job site I worked on as a general laborer; they can all go straight to hell.
Union leaders will ignore it - political expediency is the coin of that realm - but the members? Might be a different story.

I do, too -- for several reasons, but the latest was several years back when I represented a man suing the Teamster's Union, some Teamster thug spray-painted a threat on my car.
isn’t it funny how they always do this kind of crap under the cover of darkness or anonomously. They will NEVER come right out and confront someone on their views-they’re all cowards. And they wonder why companies and business’ are moving to right to work states.

We have ever-increasing deficit spending which will lead to inflation, rising interest rates and diminishing access to credit, and on top of it the Dems are bound and determined to let the Bush tax cuts expire, a defacto tax increase. Couple inflation, excessive borrowing, and de-stimulation of the economy through tax increases (which will decrease revenue and hence drive even MORE deficit spending) and we will indeed see the return of the glorious Carter years.
McCain, Obama, and Clinton will all let this happen. Their idea of stimulating the economy is to let taxes go up and "give" us a check back, less the cost of all the bureaucracy. I don't think Romney would let it happen because he understands how the economy effects people in the private sector so can see the impact of tax increases and deficit driven inflation much more clearly than the permanent political class can. If we can't get him, I believe we will see the economy tank. Whoever wins will then be a one term president.

A bit of a follow-up. I had my client put out the word that any other attempts to mess with my car just might have a much different ending.
A week later, at about 0200 hours I was sitting in the darkl on my front porch, watching a man stroll up the street, stop and look at my car parked in the driveway. When he looked like he was about to approach the rear of it, I jacked a round into the chamber of my Winchester carbine -- and laughed like hell at him running like an Olympic hopeful.
I then had my client put out the word on the trucker's network that the next time I would shoot first and ask questions later.
No more trouble.
