And I tell my liberal friends that our standing in the world is just fine. Once the people of France got to vote, they voted in a pro-Bush, America loving President, Nicolas Sarkozy.

I think Sheik Obama's choice of churches says a lot about his place on the political spectrum and his obligatory "vision for America" that every presidential candidate has to have in order to be considered legitimate these days.
The official magazine of his church is called "Trumpet", subtitled "A Magazine For the Socially Conscious". THIS is a link to the magazine webpage where you will find part of an interview with the Nation of Islam's grand poobah Louis Farrakhan by one of the pastors of Barack's church. The Reverend Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright seems to regard the Islamic Minister Farrakhan as a brother in arms fighting for truth, justice, and the American way just like Superman.
If Obama gets his spritual guidance from this church and it's clergy then his "vision for America" must involve transforming it into an Islamic sultanate.
This is a short portion of the interview;
“His leadership has evolved, and I believe the coming days will see him as a unifying force, calling real Christians, real Jews and real Muslims to come together on principles of truth and justice… Contrary to those who want to make him anti-white and anti-Semitic, I believe Minister Farrakhan is presently building the umbrella for people of conscience to come together no matter the race or creed. I am honored to call him my brother.” Because of the Minister’s influence in the African American community, Trumpet Newsmagazine honors him this winter at its Sounds of the Shore gala with an Empowerment Award. It seemed a fitting tribute for a storied life well lived. And as our brief interview drew to a close and he thanked me for taking the time to talk to him, I could not help but think, the Minister, the man with whom I had been so casually speaking, truly epitomized greatness."
So Obama's church bestowed it's Empowerment Award on the Honorable Minister of the Nation of Islam, aka the Black Muslims. Sweet huh? I wonder if Islamic Nation Minister Farrakhan will be allowed to bring his squad of scowling armed bodyguards wearing black suits and dark glasses with him when he helps President Barack Hussein Obama make strategy decisions on the WOT in the White House?
Negotiate with those who hold oil over our heads?
Not to mention their sordid beliefs...that giaours (infidels -Christian) are meant to be subservient..or die.
This guy is even more dangerous than Jimmuh Carter.
