I applaud your high moral standards and deep commitment to conservative principles.

Unfortunately, I have to call you on your suspicious uneven application of those high standards though.

As anyone calling himself “ReaganMan” must know, a similar list of Reagan’s evolving changes of heart, including his shift from Democrat to Republican, from pro-choice to pro-life late in the game, can be posted here as well.

If you applied your Romney standards to Reagan, you could not call yourself “ReaganMan.”

I share your conservative values, but not your liberal application of those values, ignoring that Reagan made many of the same evolutionary ideological “flip-flops” that Romney has made along the way.

I find your unwillingness to be even handed in this regard to be overtly dishonest. Therefore, of no real value to the debate.

Unfortunately, its sad when a poster on Free Republic attempts to trash the Reagan legacy, in order to make a liberal like Romney look better. Sorry, That doersn't work. Never has, never will.

Got your facts WRONG. Reagan was NEVER pro-choice. He was adamantly pro-life and NEVER supported abortion on demand or Roe v Wade. Romney's record is one of supporting abortion rights, Roe v Wade and abortion on demand. Willard has a record of an abortionist.
