Both your parents carried a recessive gene for blue eyes. They had a four in one chance of any child having blue eyes.

Now if both your parents had blue eyes and you had brown eyes, the answer would be no.

Ill play along. I have blue eyes. My parents have brown eyes. Is my father my father? /lol Actually that depends. If you're paternal grandfather or grandmother had blue eyes, probably. If not, the odds just dropped considerably.

If you had brown eyes with two blue-eyed parents, that would mean something was amiss.

If two blue eyed parents had a brown eyed child then the milkman may have been involved, or some other brown-eyed male.

Actually, there are two types of eyes, dark and light. One of your parents probably had hazel eyes which can result in a blue eyed child. My mother and her mother had hazel eyes.
