AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, from behind the golden EIB microphone, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, Maha-Rushie! America's Anchorman, Truth Detector, and Doctor of Democracy. He is the man who runs America. He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do--That's host. Get ready to what you were born to do--That's listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).
Happy Birthday! :o)
I thought they were just here in Austin. I mentioned it, and other Rush threaders said they didn’t hear it.
Paul is wasting his money on the EIB.
I’m thinking he wanted to head off all the predictions from the annoying pundits that he’d be a wreck today after McCain’s primary win—he handled it with his usual humor and elan.
I blame Fred ....he should of dropped out before the early voting started. Mitt would of got alot more votes.
Thanks! :-)
I’ve been called worse. LOL
Not exactly. Every syndicated radio show I’m familiar with does some combination of trade and/or $$$. The affiliates run the syndicated ads, so the syndicator makes their money, and then sell their own ads to make their money. I would guess Rush’s show demands some $$$ on top of that, probably based on market size.
McCain to reach out to conservatves...
Translation:
McCain tells conservatives to get used to it, AMNESTY is back.
(his campaign manager is a BIG amnesty for illegals engineer)
Oh I bet the phone lines between Romney and Fred have been busy. Romney was the only one to commend Fred after he dropped out. I bet McCain has also been calling Thompson... which is why I seriously want Fred to accept and offer from Romney. Fred blowing off McCain would be a HUGE sign to conservatives.
my 1st post today ,I laid out my thoughts
You dangerously underestimate the power and tenacity of Leftist Totalitarianism, Biggirl.
HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN THAT, EVEN NOW, THE DARK FORCES OF SMILEY FACE FASCISM ARE ROLLING OUT INITIATIVES TO CONTROL OUR HOME THERMOSTATS?!?!?!
There is no technology, no means of communication, out of reach of our oppressors. Just ask the Chinese, who have their internet policed, monitored, and filtered...courtesy of Microsoft softwarre!!!
America as we have known it hangs precariously on a precipice, from which our individual liberties may fall into a thousand years of darkness.
Ron Paul is advertising heavily in Memphis, TN. He has an office here and his signs are all you see around the Republican portions of town. I guess we’re considered a college town.
Based on my tagline, it's OBVIOUS that we disagree with each other!
Does Rush have loose, hanging, dimpled pregnant chads on his desk? After all, he did fly in from Foriduh
Ditto!
And, what many who think that way forget: MOST of those that voted for McLame probably do not listen to, or rarely listen to Rush.
In fact, I would suspect that most voters in FL that routinely listen to Rush voted for Romney.
Hey, AD GUY :)
The margin of loss for Romney in NH, etc. would not have been covered by FredHeads.
Glen Beck said that if it is Hillary and McCain.....that he’s voting for Hillary because he knows what he’s getting. I am seriously thinking of doing the same thing.
Sorry, didn't mean to come across as an insult.
