Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread - Wednesday 1/30/08
The EIB Network ^ | January 30, 2008 | Rush Limbaugh

Posted on 01/30/2008 8:41:09 AM PST by TSchmereL

AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, from behind the golden EIB microphone, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back — just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, Maha-Rushie! America's Anchorman, Truth Detector, and Doctor of Democracy. He is the man who runs America. He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do--That's host. Get ready to what you were born to do--That's listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).

Rush is funny entertainment. But he does not speak for all conservatives.

Hi!

Now he’s mocking Hillary’s crying episode.

Enjoying Rush’s opening segment very much...

Wow. You have to really be a hopelessly devoted Rush-worshipping dittohead to find this humorous. This bit is more evidence that Rush has lost it...what a dud bit!

That's not a joke neither. McLame is a decent human being for the most part, but nothing deserving ever to be called a conservative.

I'm thinking of the conversation from Top Gun after Goose killed on the ejection. It was between Maverick and Viper about "Would of screwed me up too" - (Viper). I parallel this to Jesus Jose Juan McLame's stay in the Hanoi Hilton.

The great minds here on FR (myself included) said Romney should put Fred on the ticket as soon as Fred dropped out. But, Fred said he doesn’t want VP. I think he could be convinced, if only to stop McCain and Huckabee.

What is it that he says that “he doesn’t speak for all conservatives?”

You aren’t giving people enough credit for thinking for themselves. Just because, say, Fred Thompson “told” me to vote for McCain and endorsed him doesn’t mean I’m going to do it.

Also, the other day Paul ads appeared in the first hour, at the same time, in states all over the country. Not so sure that was a coincidence.

But he does not speak for all conservatives.

He speaks TO conservatives in a tone that only conservatives can hear.

If you ain't hearing it that means you do not have a conservative receiver.

McInsane would still come out the loser in that case.

Well, I have to disagree with you there. The American peeples would be the losers.

Plus, by the time anything like the fairness doctrine is overturned by the courts (if it is overturned), most of this country would be listening to Mexican Band Stand.

“Rush’s attacks on McCain and Huck have been right on.”

Aboslutely!

McPain and the Huckster are on the same page.

Both want ILLEGALS to have citizenship.
Both are HUMANISTS and fund it through socialism.

The Huckster throws in a few verses out of context to take the “preacher” mantel but he isn’t preaching Bible based Christiantiy. No way.
