Johnson County, Kansas DA Phill Kline may become the first to bring down a local Planned Parenthood operation on a host of criminal charges including failures to report sexual abuse of minors, criminal late term abortions and forged records.
The legal wars between Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri and Kline boil down to two simple points: first, Kline alleges -- and has taken to a grand jury -- evidence that Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri routinely fails to report sexual abuse of children and its doctors perform illegal partial-birth abortions; second, that this particular Planned Parenthood -- which denies all these charges -- has, with its Kansas political and media allies, undertaken to discredit and destroy Kline.
The grand jury is also considering 23 charges of false information PP allegedly created to cover their tracks regarding missing viability testing records before abortions were performed.
The facts of this war -- which is escalating almost daily -- are complex but worth the space it takes to explain.

Oh yes, Kansas, home of “moderate” Gov Sebelius. She opposes the death penalty for mass murderers saying that is in line with her Catholic faith but wants as many abortions as possible. Apparently in order to preserve their precious right to abortion she and others of her ilk will go to any lengths to protect Planned Parenthood, even if it means risking the safety of abuse victims.
Isn’t Planned Parenthood still receiving our tax dollars? I have not heard of it coming to a halt, so I presume they are.
Close to $350,000,000.00 a year,, or put it another way that is about $1,000.00 per abortion (that they perform) in “grant” money... without Federal money they would be “in the red” according to their publicly available financials...
I find that very hard to believe.. They get all kinds of supplies and medications at greatly reduced prices ,, they pay their workers and nurses very little as they really only attract the bad ones that have trouble getting work anywhere but nursing homes.. I saw recently where “generic” RU486 was being produced/copied in India for about $5 a pill ,, the average “chemical abortion/RU486” charge is $490.00 as opposed to $375 for a 1st trimester surgical abortion.. Legit RU486 is manufactured in China and officially all production is sold to the license holder.. I’d be more surprised if a few hundred thousand doses didn’t disappear weekly or monthly... it’s not like there is an effective way to track actual production numbers... and just an aspirin sized bottle of stolen pills is worth a Chinese workers yearly salary a few times over.
Just a thought but with their records basically sealed and unreachable how hard would it be to hide income at the corporate level? I mean it’s not like the operator of one clinic knows what one in the next state is doing (moneywise).. The best way to verify would be to track Visa/Mastercard charges over a few years with the assumption that the percentage of cash transactions would remain constant... They can’t hide the charge card income..
